Not worth 270 a night! Outdated, bathtub was yellow and stained. The a/c didn’t drop below 74. No soap in the bathroom

The suite was nice spacious, no room clean or toilet paper or towels replenished for a week stay not once. We got stuck in the elevator and than eventually they put the elevator out of service so we had to carry all of our stuff downstairs The waffles were good , eggs were running , sausage links good but patties inedible, the pool was good when it wasn’t crowded from after the splash lagoon closed at night. Overall stay was okay

Staff were awesome, each one so kind. Pool cloudy. Carpets throughout halls stained. Beneficial to vacuum hall stairs. Folgers coffee wonderful! Need was comfy as we're pillows. Do not use the pull out couch there was no for sheet for it, no extra linens as they said they couldn't keep up with linens, u could feel every spring. Rooms tasteful for this type of hotel. Room coffee needs to b upgraded. Jets in the tub blew out brown pieces n need a good scrubbing around each one. Our first room had mold, wet carpet, n crusty on the carpet all in the bedroom. They have us a new room thankfully that was better. Vents in ceiling appeared clean. Breakfast, just get a bagel or waffle. The other hot stuff was def gross. No one to clean eating area throughout the morning. Severe lack of resources and staff, body soap, linens. 1 staff on duty all afternoon and evening to monitor pool, front desk, carts, also the elevator that broke. Room designs r nice. But spend the extra and go elsewhere.

For the overall it was a good stay but the breakfast however was cold even at the start of breakfast hours.

I enjoyed the space. I booked a queen suite that was supposed to have a full kitchen. It was dissapointing to only have 2 burners when i planned to make some of our meals by oven. The elevator was unreliable and it seemed like a never ending raid of rowdy kids in the hallways after 9:30 pm. The pool & hot tub was wonderful although at times overfilled with people.

Has a scary elevator, 5 of us got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes.

When we arrived, we waited in line for many minutes, primarily because the manager discussed his lack of job satisfaction with the preceding guests and wanting less guests at the hotel. Once we entered our room, it was 81 degrees inside. There was central air conditioning which was pouring out hot air. There was a small window unit in the bedroom which wasn’t doing any better. Within a half hour, the temperature rose to 83. A little later it was 85. I asked the manager to address this and he said he would call maintenance at another hotel. When I checked later he said maintenance was coming. I asked that if this could not be fixed, would we be placed in another room, one with air conditioning. He said there were no other rooms available. I asked that if that was the case, would we be transferred to a neighboring hotel and he stated that would not be possible. I rechecked again about a half hour later, and the manager stated that maintenance would be here in 15 minutes. I called Expedia support and talked with Ziad. He said that he informed the manager that if the issue was not fixed the hotel must give us a full refund. I checked with the manager again and suddenly a room became available. And, maintenance was too busy at other hotels to come. I asked to speak with a supervisor and left with a promised that she would call me. Never did. The blatant lying soured our stay. The hotel otherwise was ok, a little run down.

Horrible experience, first room had no AC itcwas 86 in the room. 2nd room key didt work, 3rd room ac worked and the room was ok.

Needs updated.

So neat to walk right to the water park. Also, the room was surprisingly large, nice surprise.

We had stayed here previously and had no issues. This time, although there were several different employees, throughout our stay, working at the front desk, only one person, I believe it was the manager, could ever help with any issues or questions. The others said they were not sure and would have to ask, but usually the person who knew was busy at the time. They were very stingy as well with things like soap. We were given one small bar soap just a little larger then a quarter for a 5 day stay and only one (I guess we were supposed to use it to wash our hands and in the shower). When my husband asked for just one more, he was kind of given a hard time. At breakfast, they didn’t have many condiments and the places where the packets were supposed to be were almost empty for some. Each morning during our stay, there were fewer and fewer options for breakfast. For instance, the first day they had yogurt and then we never saw any again. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t great.

Tub had cracks so wasn't able to use the Jacuzzi without water going onto the floor. They had a hard time finding towels for the room. No AC in the room on the first night. We ended up at Walmart to buy fans just to make the room tolerable. The power kept going out. The cable didn't work half the time and we left without a receipt. Never going back.

Iiked the pillows. Hated the smell of the kitchen sink and paper towels were terrible. Breakfast ran out often and was cold.

The room was above my expectations for the price I paid. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was well maintained and tasty.

The rooms are very dated and worn out. The toilet ran and filled every ten minutes. The carpet was sticky in places and there were stains on the walls and ceiling. The fridge was dented and in poor repair. The floor button for the second floor in the elevator did not work at all times.

Overall just very old style and they didn’t communicate with us well
