Always a great place to stay, clean spacious room and friendly staff. The trip we used the Spa facility and truly enjoyed it. We will be back.

My daughter and I had such a lovely time at the hotel and spa, Rudolph greeted us with his lovely smile and willingness to help during our stay at the hotel,the food at Wilfreds was amazing and every member of staff were polite and attentive,we also had a day at the spa,wow!what an experience,it exceeded our expectations,the lovely Lorna looked after us ,the whole experience from the massage the facilities the food , cleanliness and especially the staff was amazing .

This hotel is outstanding, have stayed here a few times. Everything is spotless, lovely happy staff, like they enjoy working there working there. Lovely surroundings. The food is so nice. Just overall great x

Restaurant service was poor (not attentive at all), loft broke with us in it, the TV in the room didn’t work and the breakfast is a self serve buffet. If you’re paying £200+ a night and ok with this, then you’ll love it!

Cocktails had increased in price by 25% since I stayed exactly 12 months ago ordering the same drink.

The room 102 was a disabled room double bed for wheelchair users liw to the floor bsthroom disablrd eith bars. I am 6fg tall. Impractical. And very very disappointed eiyh crow wood. I will never never visit there again

Put into a disabled room. Not in a deluxe double ensuite. Booked a year for this room. Very very very disappointed

Everything was excellent, room clean, all supplies there. Afternoon tea wonderful, breakfast excellent. Attention to detail from all staff first class

Staff were amazing, the room was impeccable and the facilities were of a great standard.

The check in experience is always the same , I find it quite robotic and impersonal . ID £50 deposit Breakfast details , check out Dinner reservation . No welcome back , how was your day and plans etc … just an observation compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at . They need more Rudolph’s in the place for me ! His manners and personality are second to none .
