Great view very quiet and calm

Perfect hidden gem for those who don’t want all the noise or rowdiness.

I felt very welcome and looked after here. It was so nice to have a waterfront view and I appreciated great a/c and a streaming tv.

My stay here was nice. Everything was as advertised, nice scenery, clean and spacious rooms. The staff on site were nice and if we needed anything they were available to reach. Would stay again in the future!

We had the best time at Waters Edge! Jay and Win are the best hosts and we couldn't help but make permanent friends with them - they treated us like family. Jay had fresh fruit and breakfasts ready for us every morning. We hope to come back to Jamaica and see our friends at Water's Edge. Joe and Laura

The staff were very friendly and the view was nice. Don't think because it is water front there is a beech or easy access. Bright lights shine in your room all night and booming music plays untill 2:00 there was a problem with roaches and ants. There is nowhere clean and safe nearby to eat and getting a ride into town is very expensive for 1 option and very inconvenient for another. The wiring was a fire hazard everywhere i looked. And the barbed wire covered walls are an eyesore. you must try to find someone to let you through the gate if you want to go somewhere. There is never anyone at the desk. The expedia app won't let me add photos.

Impossible for transportation to find me and limited cell phone service around

This stay was exactly what my husband and I needed. Down time and relaxation.

This hotel is the perfect place to have a small destination wedding.It is very affordable and right on the ocean. You can walk out on the long deck and watch a school of fish swim by. I stayed in the large room on the second floor, which had a grand view of the ocean. The owner, Mr. Robinson, was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I mentioned that I wanted to eat some fruits that are not available in the US. Mr. Robinson served some of those fruits in my complementary breakfast every morning. The property is clean and it is relaxing. You can sit outside the room on the tiled veranda, listen to the ocean waves, take in the breathtaking views, and watch the cruise ships come in from afar. I didn’t have a car, but that wasn’t a problem. Mr. Robinson called one of his licensed tour guide friends (Robert) and asked him to escort me around the island. Robert’s fees were reasonable and I felt safe with him as a single woman. Robert was extremely informative about the area, and a patient driver. He took me to get a limestone massage, Rick’s Café, & Margaritaville. I had such a wonderful time in Jamaica. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone.

I appreciated the owner, Peter and Jay and their son, they were so nice and I felt so safe. Very quiet, but I’m very nice place to stay for a few days.

A in lots of areas/ we had a wonderful time/ great view of Montego Bay, especially at night/ a large dock over the water where you can sit and listen to the waves crashing into the sea wall/ great breakfast on tjyhe patio overlooking the ocean Owner Peter accomidd us on excursions good peaceful vacation

Our stay was very disappoiting. Good location but very old fashioned with worn-out furniture. Not a single smile from the 2 people being in charge at the hotel. The cook was also the carpenter, painter etc. and wore dirty clothes while making our breakfast. Most importantly - we never recevied our USD100 deposit back despite being promised so. They do not take the telephone anymore. Overall - not recommendable.

The pictures online are deceiving. This is basically a motel with a waterfront. No places to eat or drink anything in walkable distance.

The property was located on the water so it provided serenity and beauty. A great option for lodging without the hustle and bustle of a lot of foot traffic. Owner was very nice and the staff was very helpful. I am looking forward to staying there again.

Hotel did not seem fully ready yet for guests. The shower in my room did not work. Things seemed like they were still doing work to fix the place up. The location is fairly remote, from Montego Bay.

The peace of mind and tranquility, the airiness of the bedroom, high ceilings and majestic windows, courteousness of the staff.this will be my vacation stay whenever I return to jamaica.i already told some of my coworkers about water's edge and showed them pictures.Excellent guest house
