Two bedroom very clean apartment overlooking lagoon. Beautiful breeze off the lagoon. Well equipped kitchen area great for preparing own food.

The owner, the staff, the location, and the rental unit were all fantastic. Having the lagoon right next to the lanai was so nice. Everything worked very well, the kitchen was even stocked with pots, pans, dishes, everything needed and all of it very useable and in working order. Even a French press. Super. They even had sea salt and a fresh pepper grinder. Great little things that make a big different to some of us. I was in to Vila every day for work while staying and it was so easy to catch the bus or even just walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Flavi & Chris manage this resort very well. Our apartment overlooked the lagoon so it was beautiful to step right on the sand during low tide and borrow a kayak or snorkel from the resort during high tide. We had a wonderful stay. Easy parking onsite. Def recommended and we will stay here again if we visit next.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Property is perfect for a quiet peaceful vacation and right on the water so there is plenty to do. I can’t recommend this place higher.

Chris and staff make the whole experience awesome. It’s located on the lagoon. It’s home away from home. Toilet is cosy as you won’t be spending a lot of time in there but very clean. Laundry facilities are available onsite. BBQ is clean and new and conveniently located near pool area which is super. Pool is surrounded by sitting / eating areas. Parking space is available if you want to brave the roads but buses are frequently available. Eating places like Pad Thai is within walking distance and highly recommended by my family. Thank you Aaron and Charlie for playing with my kids and keeping them busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very sad to leave.

Great location on Erakor Lagoon, close to town, easy to get a local bus. Manager and staff all friendly and helpful. A wonderful place for a relaxing Vanuatu holiday.

Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and caring manager than Chris. He went out of his way to assist after one of us suffered and injury. It helped tremendously that his lovely wife was a trained nurse and offered her assistance and assurance. Beautiful family. Made to feel at home.

Endroit familiale et paisible ! Nous avons été bien accueilli ! Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et de ses équipements mis à disposition ! L endroit est un peu excentré mais vous etes à 5 minutes à pieds des restaurants et 15 minutes d'une supérette. Au niveau propreté, le menage est fait tous les jours.

The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak. Lovely dining up the road at 3 pigs and Cafe Vila. Easy to catch local buses but if you think you will want to get out a lot then consider renting a car. The owner is friendly and checks in on guests and also respects privacy so the perfect balance. The pool is great for a dip.

Pacific Lagoon Apartments is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Port Vila. It is close to cafes and resraurants and the town centre. We stayed in 2 apartments. Both apartments were clean and very comfortable. The manager Chris is a friendly man and always open for a chat and suggestions on where to eat and places to visit. I highly recommend Pacific Lagoon apartments.

I have stayed here before, absolutely my favorite place to stay.....the grounds are just lovely, palms and greenery all over, pool to just dive into when ever you want,beach is just 20 meters away, catch the bus at end of drive,such lovely staff!!

Lovely place, friendly host! Right by the water too, very relaxing. Not far from town yet feels much more relaxed. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was advertised as air conditioned when in fact only one bedroom had an air conditioner, with ceiling fans everywhere else meaning the sitting/kitchen area and other bedroom were 8C warmer than the bedroom. It also advertised toiletries but only soap was provided. Overall very disappointing.

This place is just amazing! Have stayed here before and will be back. So clean and tidy, beach 30mtres away, kayaks, pool, rooms are big, can't speak highly enough of the whole set up...

Extremely clean residences and friendly service!

Great location right on the lagoon. Can walk through edge of lagoon to the jetty for Erakor island ferry. Also walk through lagoon to the Warwick resort for restaurants. Buses into town regularly at end of driveway. Manager of property was very helpful. Only thing we didn’t like was air conditioning was only in main bedroom and my kids couldn’t sleep as the ceiling fan in their room was too weak to circulate air.

Such an amazing setting, 5 mins from Port Vila central yet completely private. Has access to the bay/beach and the hospitality was outstanding. Made my visit to Vanuatu stress free. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay in Port Vila. Would highly recommend and return there. Situated right on the lagoon, the gardens are very well maintained and the apartments are excellent.
