I recommend this place

The staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions you might have. From the front office staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and grounds staff, all were courteous and friendly. I enjoyed the family atmosphere in a smaller hotel compared to a large hotel where you are just a number. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely chose to stay there again, when next I visit. Jamaica.

Great central location. Room had everything we needed and a lovely balcony, no complaints.

Private, clean and friendly environment

I was traveling for Business and its ok. You have some touristic stops near, like the Bob Marley Museum and "Devon House", a nice place to Dinner, Ice Cream and fun. Also you have some fast Food Restaurants near the hotel. But always used Uber for Transportation, its safe and chip.

I like that a tour driver is attached to the hotel which is very convenient once he available. The property is surrounded by trees which we really liked.

We vist Jamaica for the local food and fun Why is the continental breakfast American food and we are charge for the local dishes. The jacuzzi is advertised but does work

This is like my sixth stay here. I stayed for 7 nights. I really enjoyed it. I had a slight matter and Mr. Brown (I think his first name begins with T.) was very helpful (and this was about after 10pm). He immediately figured out a resolution to ensure the issue was resolved in the interim. He also followed up in the morning and he really went above and beyond. These level of customer service is always greatly appreciated. Judith and the rest of the kitchen staff are always amazing !!!! Breakfast is always really good. This used to be my go-to hotel but I started staying at another hotel because I do not like the color of the comforters. I really hope they upgrade them to white to give the place a more modern feel. Outside of that, I love this place. It gives a nice outdoor feel as well. I get to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 3/4 vacationing Jamaica. The staff is amazing. Shout out to the dining room staff that looked after me every day . Also the front office staff that help get me situated in a new room. Thank you all for making my stay wonferful

The only thing no microwave in the room. This was a big disappointment.

Property is nice with great customer service

The food was great but it’s not a luxury hotel just a family style homely atmosphere. But watch the mango tree they fall every two mins but overall it was a decent stay
