The clean was ok , but there was a lot of ants . We could not leave any food outside of fridge

Overall good, but kind of noisy at night

We had a lovely stay at Apartment Dat Exx on the Marjanishvili. The location is excellent — right in the heart of New Tbilisi, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and all essential services. The area felt very safe and convenient for walking around the city. The owner and her team were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to store our luggage safely after checkout until 7 PM, which we appreciated. The only downside was the lack of an elevator in the building. Although the apartment is on the first floor, the number of stairs made it difficult to carry our luggage in and out. Installing an elevator would greatly improve the experience for future guests. Overall, a great stay with wonderful hospitality in a prime location.

Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.

We had a great time here in a great apartment. Definitely recommend you try this place. We came at 3am and there were two ladies waiting to show us the apartment and help us in. They regularly came to bring new towels, vlean and take away the trash. The apartment is also very large and fully furnished. The restaurants down below serve excellent food as well.
