My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. At first we were a little taken back by the size of the space but once we stepped out on the balcony we fell in love with it! Mark was incredibly nice and helpful with recommendations and attending to our needs! Parking was a little tight with construction going on in the surrounding area but honestly parking was tight throughout the entire island. We took advantage of the location and visited the shoppes frequently! The views were beautiful and the space was exactly what we needed! When we come bact to St Thomas we will stay here again for sure!

Jessica was the perfect host. Answered tbe phone on the first ring. Location very accessible to downtown (just few steps to deal with), view from the pool is awesome. Very safe.

Very nice place to relax each morning and late afternoon while visiting St. Thomas and St. Johns. 20 minutes walk to the Charlotte Amalie ferry. Definitely a good place to pick for your visit.

First, let me start with one that isn't always clear, given the previous reviews. This is NOT a bed and breakfast. There is no breakfast. They apparently stopped doing breakfast over a year ago, and are struggling to get that information out. That being said, this place is amazing for people who are fairly physically fit. The entire town is set on a big hill, and the rooms here are set a fair amount up the hill from the ocean. This allows for great views, and it is a straight downhill trek to shopping and food. If the thought of a few steps doesn't scare you, this is a fantastic location. If the idea of walking up and down a few flights of steps isn't your thing, then this might not be the best place for you. We found that there was reserved parking (if you decide to drive) close to the rooms, and never had an issue finding a spot. The area is gated and they will give you a key, adding an extra layer of safety, which we liked. This place is owned by a husband-and-wife team, and they are absolutely amazing. They allowed us to check in early with no issues, provided us with many tips on places to go, shopping, food, etc. They even helped us book a massage. Finally, the amenities were very good. A nice patio with a pool, which had plenty of seating, sun shades, etc. They had a microwave available and even plates, silverware, and glasses. They had snorkel and beach gear free to borrow as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time staying here for our trip to the USVI. The location is perfect for easily walking to downtown Charlotte Amalie, and parking is also easy if you rent a car. Very good amenities and helpful recommendations from the hosts. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay. Jessica and Marc were excellent hosts, and had thought of most everything well before we asked. At checkin we got a link to well organized information we would need, like tell able taxi drivers and restaurants that are open on Sundays... Although there were 5 rooms rented we we only saw one other couple on site at any given time, it was like having the place to yourself. And the view from the balcony is top notch!

Loved location,walkable to many shops and restaurants. Property was nice,could use a little TLC.Overall stay worked for our needs.

Close to town and great views

The rooms were very small. They were clean. The owner wipe water from the floor with a towel which was the same type in the room. I wondered if the guest towel are used for the same purpose. The towels were very thin. There was rust on the faucet to the sink in the pool area. I had a three night. stay but checked out after one night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Mark and Jess run an excellent operation. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The views are fantastic. I truly enjoyed having my morning coffee and watching the cruise ships dock. Anything we needed they were extremely helpful.

As a loyal Hotels.com customer, I rely heavily on reviews. The more someone can know about a property, the better. First, the positives. This property is in a really good location and has awesome views from the pool area, not so much from the rooms. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. That said, the following is important to know if you are considering a stay. We had one of their 2 largest rooms. By my estimation, it was about 165 square feet, which is small. Case in point, our refrigerator and waste basket were on the front porch. There is also not a lot of attention to detail when it comes to maintaining the property. There was a fair amount of leaves and dirt around the common areas and the pool was dirty. There were hoses that were laying out the entire time we were there that we had to step over to enter our room. There were also ladders and other equipment in the common areas that just doesn’t make for an inviting space. Specific to our room, we had to shut our AC unit off at night because it made a whining sound that made it difficult to sleep. All in all, this property just didn’t seem to have a level of care and upkeep that you would expect.

We are repeat guests and will be back again. The owners are very warm and friendly. The hotel is the right blend of convenient and unique. Not cookie cutter at all, which is a huge plus. 5 stars!

Very nice stay and close to eveerything.

Our room was gorgeous! The view of the bay was beautiful. Our room looked like the ad pictured. Whole place was clean. Jessica and Mark couldn’t have been nicer! Jessica helped us pick some terrific lunch and dinner choices as well as plan our days at the beach around crowds. Would definitely stay here again!
