Excelente hotel. El agua de la piscina debería estar un poco más caliente.

The rooms by the pool, lot of noises.

Me gusto la calidad en el servicio de los restaurantes, limpieza de cuartos, esta cerca de atracciones turísticas. Sugiero ampliar el espacio de las áreas humedas. El inconveniente fue con Expedia... los precios no son los que se detallan en la app. En mi reserva en la app decia un costo y me cobraron un valor mucho mas alto.

Estuvo fatal se equivocaron de habitación y me cobraron igual por la más cara y lo peor no me arreglaron la situación

Las camas son cómodas

바뇨스에서 추천할만한 좋은 호텔입니다! 폭포가 가깝고 온천도 가까우며 자체 온천과 사우나도 할만합니다. 조식이 특히 좋습니다! 정문쪽 방을 배정받았는데 밤에 워터파크 쪽 광장이 시끄러웠습니다만 지낼만 했습니다.

Beautiful place

The "Cabanas Luxury Matrimonial" were bare basic. No ventilation, no AC, no fan, windows open but don't have screens to keep bus out. No chairs to sit, 2 towels, 2 hangers, 1 bottle of water, nothing else. The price was very reasonable though. The 2 jacuzzies were not hot. One was lukewarm and the other was cold. There were plenty of spa options available.

Facilities were outstanding and staff very friendly and helpful. I love the convenience of being close to the Termas.

Shower didn't work properly, breakfast was poor, room was very small and had nasty smell, the area around the hotel was good

The staff was very kind, food was excellent, they even let me use the parking lot after i check out.

Love the hotel clean and has a nice view of the cascade
