Perfect location, very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms were the highlights - and therefore definitely recommend the hotel! The triple room was very convenient for our party and the room comes with a mini fridge which we appreciated. The only change that would have made it perfect would be to change the carpet in the rooms - it shows a lot of wear and does not reflect the standard in the rest of the hotel.

スフバートル広場から徒歩１～２分。 チェックインの際のデポジットは現金のみでしたが、チェックアウトのときにキチンと返金してくれたので心配いりません。 部屋には固形石鹸はありましたが、ボディソープ、シャンプーはありませんでした。 朝食はシンプルですが、しっかりと取れます。 チェックアウトのあと、空港までのタクシーを手配していただきました。 料金はあらかじめフロントで定額を支払うので安心です。 いろいろな部分で、過ごしやすいホテルでした。

前回の部屋ではシャワー使用時に熱湯しか出ない日が何日かありましたが、今回はシャワーも問題無く、快適でした。

スフバートル広場まで徒歩2、3分ということもあり観光には便利なホテルです。 清潔な客室で快適でした。朝食も種類はそれなりにありました。コンビニ(CU)が徒歩1分ぐらいのところにあり便利です。 1点、洗面所・浴室で少し臭いして気になりました。

Great hotel in city centre. The breakfast was plentiful and nice to have bottled water in the room. The standard rooms are a bit tight, so would recommend upgrading to a larger room if you like a bit more space!

Great location. Rooms are somewhat outdated, but comfortable. The hotel has a small fitness room, which was a welcome surprise for me.

Excellent stay! The $4 airport bus drop off at the Sukhbaatar park which is less than 8mins walk to the hotel. The Genghis Khan statue is one block away, the museum is close by, the gardens are close, stores and restaurants all on the same block. I mean A-1 location!!! The room was very well maintained and up to Western standards, with outlets and A/C. To top it off..excellent breakfast. We used the UB app for a taxi/Uber back to the airport which was $22.

I wanted to like this hotel more. It has a good appearance outside and the reception area has a nice nomad/hip feel to it. I arrived at 09:30 and they let me have access to the room for half the daily room price which included immediate breakfast. The room was ok. The style of decoration was not in keeping with the ‘hip’ style of the hotel and there were three large stains on the carpet though the room was kept clean otherwise. My room had separate lounge area and bedroom but the A/C was only in the lounge room. The windows had opening handles but neither worked and it was hot. Excellent bathroom, huge bath,Japanese toilet ! I used the laundry service to clean 2 shirts but 1 came back still with a slight stain on it. The breakfast room is advertised on the website as an evening restaurant but it was never open. There are two restaurants next door (one international, one Mongolian) but it meant putting your coat on, to go outside. Breakfast was not visually appealing and they were slow to replace items but ok. Staff v helpful- they lent me a phone charger as I’d left mine on plane. The main advantage of this hotel is its location. The bus from the airport stops in Sukhbattar Square (1,500 MNT - £3.11) and is a 7 minute walk to the hotel. There is a delightful little coffee shop just opposite (good panini) and an off licence under the hotel. For a stay of a few nights it’s fine. If you want something better try the Best Western Premier next door.

立地はスフバートル広場からすぐ、有名なモンゴル料理店が隣、朝食も美味しく、満足でした。 帰国のフライト時刻都合で朝6時前チェックアウトの際は朝食としてテイクアウトのサンドイッチをいただけて、これも美味しかったです！

全体的には好印象ですが、受付の男性に朝食を注文したのに出てこず、 座って待たされた時間が無駄になった点が、妙に記憶に残ってしまいました… その他は以下のとおり。 個人的な記録みたいな部分もありますが、参考になれば幸いです。 ・確か23時前に到着。 　空港からシャトルバスでスフバート 　ル広場に移動。しばらく広場を眺め 　ていたことや、雪と地面の凍結、 　舗装がガタガタの歩道をスーツケー　 　スを引っ張りながら歩いたことで、　 　チェックインが遅くなりました。 　徒歩移動の距離が長い方は、ぜひ 　バックパックをお選びください。 ・広場前も含めて、観光客等の人通り　 　がそこそこあり、危ない感じは 　ありませんでした。（それでも十分 　お気をつけください） ・部屋をグレードアップしてくれたの 　で広々と使えました。モンゴルっ 　ぽい色合いのかわいい部屋で、 　絵画も3点ほど飾られていました。 ・泊まった部屋にはジェットバスと 　シャワーブースあり。浴室にトイレ 　があるからなのか、薄っすら下水っ　 　ぽい匂いが気になりました。　 　バスタブは衛生面を信用しきれず、 　使わずに過ごししました。 　洗面台はなぜか水が流れなかったの 　で手洗い歯磨きはシャワーブースで 　失敬しました。（栓の故障か聞けば 　いいだけのはなしですが） 　シャワーの温度は絶妙に熱いorぬる　 　く、水圧も弱い。浴室も広々してる　　 　が、気温が低く寒かったです。 　冬場はぜひ、すぐに服を着れるよう 　にしてから入浴してください。 ・部屋には3箇所以上、コンセントが 　ありました。おそらく日本のプラグ　 　をそのまま差し込めるもののよう 　でしたが、念のため変換器を使用 　しました。 ・アメニティは 　500mlペットボトルの水2本 　紅茶ティーパック、砂糖 　ティファール的なやつ 　固形石鹸 　シャンプー（確かコンディショナー　 　入りの小さい使い切りボトル。 　髪の毛バシバシになる。） 　ドライヤー 　歯ブラシ 　シャワーキャップ 　シェーバー 　…覚えている限り、こんな感じです。 ・掃除は特に断らなければ毎日してく　 　れる。 ・モーニングはチケット制で、 　入り口のホテルスタッフに渡し、　 　見せてくれたのでメニューの中から 　注文。ただ、好きな席に座ってと言　 　われ、提供を待ったが、おそらく 　オーダーが通っておらず、気づいた　 　調理場のおばさまがモンゴル語で 　注文を聞きに来てくれました。 　時間がもったいないので、 　朝食は諦めましたが、心配な方は 　見えやすい席に座って、様子を見て 　いた方がよいかもしれません。 　自分も予定を組むのに集中していた　 　のでその点は反省です。 　おばさまが申し訳なさそうだった　 　が、個人的には受け付けたホテル 　スタッフにモヤっとした思い出が 　残ってしまいました。 大体こんな感じです。よい旅を！

Clean room Amenities limited, but location is very good. The breakfast time frame of 2 hours is a bit short. Perhaps you target on business travellers, but 7 to 9 is not enough for tourists.

Right in the heart of the city, great staff, tasty breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Great stay in UB. Central location and easy walk to Gobi :-) This is our second stay at H9 and we will be booking again next year.
