The staff were very helpful when I needed information. The room especially, the bathroom and bedding, were clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and with lots of choices and option for healthy eating. The location was just a few minutes walk, from the bus lines, the harbour and the old town. Vib

På hotels.com hjemmeside står der udtrykkeligt, at der er restaturant, lounge og bar. I restauranten kan man få stillet sin sult. Ja det kan man til morgenmaden, som ellers er der ingenting man kan bestille. Det er virkelig dårlig reklame, og vi valgte kun dette hotel pga. restaurant, som vi havde forventet, at vi skulle spise på lørdag aften, men ak nej, ingen restaurant, lounge eller bar hvor vi kunne få en tår at drikke. Virkelig dårlig......

Fin morgenmad. Ikke noget ekstra Supermarked lige ved siden af. Kunne godt mærke det var uden for sæson.

The staff was wonderful but there are a few things to know about the hotel that I wish I knew. The shower is not separated, it's a curtain and the bathroom floor. It's very easy to make a mess since it's not enclosed. Also, if the hotel has the heat on you cannot turn it off, you can lower it and open the windows but you can't turn it off if you like to sleep with it cold. Lastly, the beds, even if it says queen or king on the reservation are just two beds pushed together. If you're someone that wants one large bed you won't get it here. Also, the beds all have a down cushion. They aren't very supportive if you prefer a firmer bed.

Flott opphold. Hyggelig personale, rent og ordentlig på rommet og i lokalene ellers. God frokost, de var også flinke når det gjaldt glutenfri mat.

Super fint værelse og rent. Mega god seng. Ligger meget centralt.

We got stuck in Torshavn for two days when Icelandair cancelled our flight. Stayed here ,it was fine and met our needs

Nice place

It is a very basic room. No one is really manning the front desk. I did have a bit of an issue getting ahold of the front desk with the phone number provided as well, but finally got through to someone. Person on the phone was nice and able to call a taxi for us to the airport, which is what they mean they provide shuttle service. The breakfast is also very basic hotel breakfast, coffee, eggs, some cereal. We were also by an exit route and people were definitely smoking cigarettes which then made our rooms smell like cigarettes (ugh). So if you don’t like that smell, be aware! Otherwise it was just fine for our last night in Torshavn! It is very central in the city.

Heilt ok hotell nær havnen og restauranter i Torshavn. Parkering i nærheten. Var ganske vått på teppet på rommet då vi flyttet inn, dette var muligens pga. rens/vask av teppet... Men dette til dagen etterpå. God service i resepsjonen. Enkel med og grei frokost.
