The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but the decor is dated and shabby. The biggest problem by far is the noise from the main road and the all night night club making it impossible to sleep. Won't be going there again.

Convenient and roomy. They communicated with us when we needed help with our reservation.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice staff and nice food. Perfekt spot near the mall.
