Rating & Review Keseluruhan Zoetry Montego Bay - All Inclusive

I have been to Jamaica plenty of times but Zoetry was my best experience. The resort is very intimate so we were able to know all of the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I will be returning!

Food was horrible.

Hotel is a lovely setting but lacks ambience . A little music in the bars and around the pool would add that extra touch . Rooms lovely and staff great but food needs attention and is not at the level it should be for the price .

It’s a nice quiet resort and on the ocean front but also close to the main street which causes a lots off traffic noises for some rooms especially the one we stayed in , so we had to request an upgrade to a different room (with extra fees) that has a better view and far from the street noise. Poor quality staffs and services , very inconvenient to get access to anything including foods services ..etc. Very slow!!

Terrible service and welcome

Excellent Location (<10 min ride from MBJ airport). Plus, great beachfront. No matter where you room is on the property, you are <2 min walk to the beach. Lots of lounge chairs, both poolside and beachfront. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Friendly, courteous staff. Dinners at Coyaba Restaurant were good. Most importantly, easy, friendly vibe about the whole place.

I travel very frequently and this was the worst all inclusive alleged luxury and the pools have water drained from my tub in my private room after I bath in it. The staff was rude for the most part coffee shop not even open at 7am

Very quiet and peaceful, staff is very friendly, amazing food options, good serviced car, very clean. 10/10 and would stay here again!

The service and the attentiveness of the staff was phenominal. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to come again soon.

Nice small resort for relaxing. If you do not want to deal with partying or loud obnoxious people this resort is the place to go. It is very low key they do not do many activities so if you do expect to have activities on resort then you might want to find another resort. This resort is simply for if you just want to chill by the pool or the beach with a nice view & calming atmosphere.

It’s beautiful and it’s the best place to celebrate or just relax.

The spa was nice! The Zoetry massage was extraordinary Love it! The oxtails were amazing

Everyone was pleasant very inviting, they weren't stingy with the drinks. the property is on the smaller side which is fine if you want something more intimate, there weren't any real activities or type of entertainment.

It was a small resort, there was very little activity and entertainment. The food was very good but I didn’t think I would go there again.
