We really enjoyed our Japanese style room with a private onsen. The beds were comfortable. It was fun getting to try out all of the amenities in the hotel, and the town of Shuzenji Onsen was lovely.

部屋も広く､施設内など､アメニティはとても良かったです。良かっただけに夕飯の期待も大きかったからか､ビュッフェであまり美味しいとは思えなく残念でした。朝食は良かったです。

其實基本上整體都OK，只是有個另員工態度一般，這樣會影響整體員工的質素，和旅客的觀感。就是在接待處其中一個比較年長的男服務員，可能是個人態度問題吧，其他啲員工是很熱心服務的。 另外的就是想提一下＇這次是連續入住兩個晚上，入住的時候櫃檯服務員詢問第二天需不需要執房？我們沒多思考，就說不用了。但沒有想過第二天不打掃房間有連樽裝水和毛巾也不添加。 另外就是他們的自助晚餐，食物質素就真的很一般，一般的程度就是極下價的食物，這樣的話入住這間溫泉酒店晚餐的話大家認真要考慮一下，反而早餐就比晚餐豐富，連續入住兩晚早晚餐的食物都是一模一樣樣，這樣對客人來說感覺有點悶。 但他們的溫泉實在是不錯的。

7 free private onsen was wonderful

It’s a great place for getaway and relax in the authentic Japanese style. Simple amenities but everything works. Perfect place to give yourself a moment to rest and relax. The little town is very charming, slow pace and atmospheric.

Great venue, lovely staff, onseb and absolutely great massages.

Room was very nice. Staff was excellent. Amenities were great. Place was very amazing.
