Excellent location right near the harbor in Marsaxlokk. Lots of good food options close by, including a grocery store and pharmacy right across the street. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast area/lounge on the top floor is a lovely place to watch the sunrise/set. Breakfast is only available if you order the day before, so we were not able to try it as we only stayed for 2 nights. The owner/staff are very friendly and welcoming but not there after business hours. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to do a late check in because of this.

Great place - staffs are very responsive

The place is clean and a block by the main square and the water front where all the restaurants and bars are. Kitty corner to the hotel is a grocery store so you can grab a cheaper bite to eat or some water. You have to clamber up ten stairs to get to the main door. When I arrived the staff communicated to me via text message and informed me to ring the bell and my key card would be at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious enough for my purposes.

It was a very nice room with great location in beautiful Marsaxlokk, we arrived late and there was no place open to eat.

Given all the wonderful reviews I was expecting a great stay. It was dead. There is no desk service - everything done by WhatsApp. Issues with the room which were resolved but annoying. Room itself was very clean but the balcony was layered with construction soot that had gone unnoticed by the cleaners. Most things worked fine e.g. wifi, heating, TV so on that respects it is a fine place. But I would never stay here again in mid-week winter as it's essentially a hotel in hibernation which to be fair seemed to be standard for the area. It might be better just to open on weekends only if this is about costs.

Kasım ayı ortalarına gelmiş olmamıza rağmen çok güzel havada çok keyifli bir tatil yaptık. Otelimiz temiz, yeni ve çok konforluydu. Balkonu temiz ve çok keyifliydi. Konumu merkezi, güzel restoranların bulunduğu bir tatil beldesi. İkram olarak bırakılan şarap ve su tesisin güzel bir jestiydi. Kahvaltı yeterli ve ortam çok temizdi, ayrıca manzarada mükemmeldi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Een mooie grote kamer en goede bedden. Ligging is mooi bij het haventje. Het ontbijt is een beetje sober. Prima als dit bij de boeking zit, maar als je het apart moet betalen dan is het niet de moeite waard. De auto kan je makkelijk gratis parkeren bij een parkeerplaats verderop

Nice enough guest house. Had very little interaction with staff. No one on reception on arrival or departure. Clean and comfortable and good location to sea front. Breakfast very average.

Great accommodation with a scenic breakfast room on the top floor.

Spent 10 days in Malta until 15th July. The place is well located, with easy access to restaurants, public transport and the port front. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning. The room was cleaned every day and the bins were emptied daily. The staff, both at the reception and who served the breakfast was helpful and attentive. The breakfast included a variety of meats, cheeses and cereals, as well as hot food, boiled eggs, beans and local pasties. There were fresh fruits, apples, kiwi and bananas, vegetables, peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. Although this small hotel was not cheap, there was no reason to complaint.

Très bon emplacement à quelques mètres du port et des quais du marché.Excellent confort et niveau de prestations, hotel comme neuf et chambres spacieuses. Très agréable salle du petit déjeuner avec vue sur le port. Mais présence limitée du personnel à l'accueil et pas facile de communiquer avecl'hotel quand on risque de ne pas arriver avant 19h.
