Un olor desagradable al ingresar al hotel fue lo que nos recibió. El cuarto tenia un olor diferente al del inicio, pero tambien desagradable. El baño tenia insectos muertos y daba una sensacion sucia.

Value for money

I stayed for 5 days 4 nights and did not receive room service once. There were empty beer cans and other trash in the cabinets. Other than that everything was fine. Friendly staff. Was only there to sleep

Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Repeat customer, just as good as the first time. Will be returning.

The staff was beyond helpful and courteous. There was an error in my reservation, which they promptly and eagerly fixed. The room was spacious and very clean.

very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Repairs were needed in our room, ie: shower curtain rod was broken,electrical outlet plug cover was missing and the refrigerator would just get cool,freezer never froze anything.

The staff was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sadly that's the only positive I have. We were put in an accessible room, which we did not need. Because of that, there was no counter in the bathroom, so nowhere to put our toiletries. We came in late from a concert and wanted to get sodas out of the machine, but it didn't seem to be working. Breakfast was a disaster - no forks (all out, supposed to be delivered tomorrow), NO COFFEE and no biscuits to go with the cold gravy, eggs, sausage and hash browns. We went to Whataburger for breakfast.

I like the breakfast options & dark, quiet hotel rooms. I didn't like that our room was kind of dirty this time, incldg the floors & counters, interior of fridge & a nasty hair sticking off the shower wall, but everything else was good, just wish they had something to get rid of humidity in room. It was hot & humid in room upon arrival 😑.

We arrived to a hot lobby with no one at counter. There was a note to dial 0 on phone which we did every few minutes but it just rang and rang. After about 10 minutes, someone came and said the owner cancelled our reservation as they were full and we should have been notified. We were not notified and had received multiple reminders from hotels.com to check in. The overall condition of the property looked like more of a run down apartment complex. There was a grill between cars, trash all over, rusty windows and mildew on outside walls. The lobby looked nice although didn't seem that the AC was working. Never saw the inside of rooms.

Pillows were too thick, not enough blanket on the bed.

It's weird, this is half finished hotel. The staff was nice enough however nothing worked right. The fridge was broken, the front door wouldn't even open and needed to be forced open physically.

Most of the people were very nice

My favorite place to stay when in the area....very clean and awesome staff
