Only negative thing was the terrible keyboard UI on checkin - it took some time to type all letters with that 😀 Otherwise the room was super and propery like a super high end. Thanks.

The property is close to the Metro, Trams and buses. There are groceries and restaurants nearby. It is a 30 minute walk to downtown market place and attractions but the Tram is right outside the door and a quick ride if you prefer. The room was quiet. There ate saunas, jacuzzi’s and a very good fitness gym. There is a common area with a pool table, kitchen and TVs. Overall it is a good choice to stay.

The Internet was fine, but honestly this was my least favorite of 5 hotels I stayed at over the month - and based on amenities and pictures I expected to like it the most! The room looked much more spacious on the photos. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The laundry machine was broken in my room, so I had to use the shared machine. The windows didn’t open, so I asked for a fan (the staff were super helpful). The AC - which only can be set down to 19.0c - never got down to that temp. Super frustrating for it to be cool outside and not be able to let the fresh air in. The check in process was laborious for what could be done ahead of time. The coffee machine which required payment was not working for me. I felt like everything was run by machines that had unclear directions and I kept having to ask someone for help - and that was frustrating. I wouldn’t stay here again. 3 stars because the amenities, location and staff. Easy public transit to anyplace in Helsinki.

We absolutely loved our stay at Noli studios! It is not near Senate Square and Market Square, however, very accessible and easy to get to with public transportation. The added amenities made it really worthwhile too. We happened to be there while a community meal was being hosted and we used the sauna facilities every day of our stay. We also liked the proximity to a grocery store since our room had a basic kitchenette. This place is a great value for a stay while visiting Helsinki!

great location, quality of room and accessories

Hieno ja siisti hotelli. Huoneessa haisi aluksi viemäri kun menimme, mutta se korjaantui kun valutimme hetken aikaa vettä.

Sauberes und modernes Zimmer

Staff was great and helped several times with adding a night. Giving me extra time in morning before housekeeping, and just miscellaneous questions I had. Rooms are wonderful and I love the amenities. Used sauna every day. Also my son lives here and it was easy for us to use your social spaces to visit and chill.

Small bed in a small room. Has everything else that you would need though including a washing machine. I would stay here again if it was closer to the city.

Has everything that you need but the bed is on the small side. Also a bit hard to find a place to access your luggage due to the small room size

Huone muuten hyvä, mut lattialla oli paljon irtoroskaa ja murusia eli siivous oli tainnut unohtua. Olimme myös varanneet sisäpihalta pysäköinnin, mut eipä me sinne omalla avainkortillamme päässeet kulkemaan. Kokonaisuutena oli ok kokemus ja sijainti oli tämän reissumme tarkoitukseen juuri ihanteellinen.

Super

Henkilökuntaa en tavannut lainkaan, joten arvostelua en osaa antaa. 11. kerroksen huone oli meluisa. Ikkuna lukituksesta auki ja avainta ei ollut. Lattiamateriaali rakoillut, likaa raoissa ja keittiökaapiston alasokkelin alla paljon. Muuten huone ihan ok ja miellyttävä. TV olisi hyvä lisä.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli aika hankala. Kuva henkilökortista ym. Aika avoimella paikalla piti kirjoittaa omia tietoja. Aluehan nyt on aivan hirvee,jos ei tunne Helsinkiä niin voi säikyttää. Huone ei ollut siisti. Suihkussa hiuksia ym.

Hyväkuntoinen hotelli. Myös siisti. Sauna ja kuntosali kruunaa kokonaisuuden. Kerrankin sauna oli riittävän pitkään käytettävissä.

Huone oli hieman likainen, lattialla oli likaa ja ikkuna ihan pölyssä. Muuten hyvin varusteltu ja kiva pieni huone. Yöllä kadulta kuului melu todella hyvin vaikka huone oli korkealla. Kätevä sijainti ja itsepalvelusisäänkirjautuminen.
