My son never checked in due to flight delays. He was stuck in Kenya. They lied and told Expedia he had checked in and charged us full price for his two unused rooms. Not happy

A pleasant stay from the moment I was picked up from the airport until they dropped me off at the airport. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Always my go to overnight stay when I am flying through Dar.

The porter was very friendly and that is were the service stopped. I left 2 small bags at the hotel on the Friday before check in, it took them ages to find it. The staff at reception was super unfriendly and not helpful. I had an early check out and asked for 2 eggs and some fruit, they said they would organise it. When I arrived at the desk at 3 am there was nothing. I sent a message tl the hotel to tell them my time of arrival and if there will be a hotel transfer, I received NO response. I had to ask someone to contact the hotel. On arrival the hotel transfer was waiting for other guests and got a taxi for me, the taxi broke down and I had to take a bajajis. There are lot of road works. I would not recommend this hotel There is only a hand held shower and no soap in the dispenser. The hotel needs an upgrade, it is over priced!

I love the quiet and the convenience of the stay here. It is a 5 minute drive to the airport (traffic allowing, of course), and it is really close to the Simba grocery store. The breakfast buffet and omelettes cooked to order are a highlight of each morning!

GREAT FOOD, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND LARGE CLEAN ROOM. ALSO, NO CHARGE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION, AND THAT IS A GOOD DEAL. WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN.

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. My second stay. Close to airport. Unfortunately, the free airport pickup did not arrive (checked twice and tried calling hotel 2x with no luck) and I had to take a taxi (10 USD).

Tilrettelagt for stop til/fra flyplassen. Vi slappet av fem på et tomannsrom før en natt-flight, og det fungerte veldig bra. Veldig hjelpsomme ansatte da vi kom dit, selv om de ikke svarte på forespørsler i forkant.

I stayed in room 3317. I got bug bites. My wife had major loose motion after having their breakfast buffet. There is also a bad smell in the room and hallways. Staff is super friendly but because of these factors I recommend not staying at this property.

The staff was very kind and accommodating to us during our day layover in Dar es Salaam. We arrived at 2:30am and they let us check and sleep until the next afternoon.
