Das Frühstücksbuffet war genial. Es hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und die Qualität war top. Service war auch 1A. Die Poollandschaft war richtig gut mit zwei Riesenbecken, welches eins überdacht war. Auf jeden Fall würde ich das Hotel wieder bevorzugen.

great hotel to revisit

Overall, it was a great place; however, the hotel is located in an area with very limited access to city life. It’s far from the city, and nearby amenities and activities are quite limited.

As a former resort manager (now retired) I just spent 9 nights at the hotel and I could not have been happier with my stay. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was an amazing, delicious treat every morning and the staff were simply wonderful- the true highlight of my stay. I live in hotels 9 months out of the year and a hotel can be simply a building unless it is staffed by people who make it feel like a 'home away from home', and this was most certainly the case. In that spirit I want to give a special thank you to Nancy in customer service and Ankit who not only cleaned my room but treated me like the most special of guests, it is staff like him that makes a hotel stay memorable. Not only would I give this hotel two thumbs up, I would heartily recommend it and would certainly consider a return visit!

Stayed with family, double rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would have been exceptional if TV was smart and there was a coffee machine. Breakfast was the highlight of every morning; amazing attentive staff, all the options available from Spanish lattes to ginger shots and all the delicious fruits and pastries. Location is ok, conveniently placed nearby airport and around 20 min cab to all other places in the Muscat - It is not a walkable city at all. Pools were nice but you can see the expressway from them which took away from the haven. But all in all, amazing stay, would stay again.

En ce qui concerne l’hôtel Marriott, attendez-vous à une grande qualité. C’est un hôtel très récent, qui jouit de nombreux services de très grande qualité. Plusieurs restaurants de qualité, un gym très bien équipé avec tout le matériel souhaité, une piscine magnifique ainsi qu’un spa. Par-dessus tout, le personnel est très accueillant. L’hôtel se situe à quelques minutes de l’aéroport et du quartier prisé d’Al Mouj.

Tawhid form the hotel team made my stay exceptionally pleasurable. He helped me navigate the hotel and the taxi system (which is quite tricky if you’re not careful)! Oman was beautiful, JW is a super convenient choice and you’re lucky if you come across tawhid and his hospitality.
