It’s perfect however, the beach was a disappointment

Fabulous stay

This was my second time visiting so that mean I loved the first time . This time I ran into two rude employees 😫 that kinda tore me up a little because hey if you don’t want to work don’t come

Other than the mildew smell that came at night, the room, property & staff were BEAUTIFUL. I had a blast and enjoyed every bit of my stay

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort had many restaurants and shops. The drinks were good. There is many activities to do on this resort. We did a few offsite excursions however, if you didn’t want to leave the property, there’s plenty to do.

Staff was friendly. Entertainment was excellent food choices were good. Furniture in room could be better up kept

Nice property lot to do

The property is nice. I wish the staff was more forthcoming about deals they offered.

We stayed at the Ocean Coral Springs for 5 days, the property was beautiful However, the service overall was just okay. While some bartenders in the evening were fun and engaging, others weren’t particularly friendly, which took away from the overall experience. I also didn’t appreciate the separation between privilege and non privilege guest. What really brought the rating down for us were the uncomfortable beds — we barely got any sleep. To make things worse, the food was underwhelming; not terrible, but definitely not memorable.

The property itsself was amazing but the food was not good it wasnt fresh and the service in the privilege lounge didnt meet the expectations ( things on menus but wasnt cooking it)

The staff was very kind and catered to all our needs promptly. Food was good. Beach was a little rocky but we were able to enjoy.

This place was overall amazing, the staff, the cleanliness, the activities! I will definitely be back!!

Excellent

Unfortunately, my stay here was far from what I expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was noticeably rude. Any question we asked was met with eye rolls instead of answers—yet when others asked similar things, the energy completely shifted. It felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was another issue. They came into our room to “clean” but mostly just giggled the entire time, left all the trash behind, and the room smelled awful afterward. Any services we requested, whether towels or maintenance, took over an hour or more to arrive. Do not eat at Red Snapper. After we placed our order, the waiter literally tossed the menu aside. The food was disappointing, and ironically, there was no snapper on the menu at all. The vibe was off, and it seemed like basic hospitality was missing. There were only a handful of staff members who were genuinely kind, but overall, the service didn’t improve until we started spending time on the adult side of the resort. It’s a shame, because the location has potential but the lack of professionalism and respect made it difficult to enjoy.
