This was my second time reserving this hotel with hotels.com. The stay was horrible. First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. Please remove this hotel from your listings

It was a pleasant stay and a great opportunity to catch up with friends. The hotel was very basic but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a nice hotel at all, very noisy room with a hard bed.

Room and bathroom were dirty and shabby. Dinner (room service) was awful. While close to the airport, the surrounding area where hotel located was very unattractive. A highly overpriced hotel. The saving grace was the friendly receptionist and decent breakfast.
