서비스 응대가 최악입니다

I booked this hotel because I had a 21-hour layover at Narita and wanted a place to lay down for the night. I didn’t realize it was a bath house until I showed up, but it was a very pleasant surprise! The staff were extremely helpful and it was a nice, relaxing way to spend a night close to the airport.

急な飛行機の欠航で湯楽城に泊まる事になり最初は不安でしたがフロントの対応やスタッフの方の明るいサービスでホッと出来ました。施設も清潔感がありスパも開放的で、塞いでいた気持ちが楽になりました。ラディソンホテルのフロントの方も親切な対応でスムーズに帰宅出来て感謝しています。

New facilities. Good bath. It will be better if we could have a little bit more choice of the meal. Dishes and drinks are a bit more expensive than normal since there is no other choice and shops around.

台風の接近でこちらにお世話になりました。アーリーチェックインにもかかわらず、快く受け入れてくださったことに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。スタッフの方々も挨拶を欠かさず、気持ちのよい印象を受けました。一方で、いくつかの点を改善したら、さらによい場所になると感じました。（例えば、希望者にスリッパを用意する、浴室に毛をとるコロコロを用意するなど）
