The staff literally argued me and my husband down daily because they didn’t want to offer us breakfast which was included in the room fee, even after we showed them that every room offers free breakfast as advertised. It still was literally an unnecessary daily battle with the hotel manager. After having to call Expedia to get this resolved. Finally they stopped fighting with us after 3 days! This was incredibly disruptive and brought unnecessary stress to our stay after traveling over 14 hours from America. The hotel is beautiful! But management needs to exercise, better customer service, and more professionalism.
