I was denied access to check in on the night i arrived at the hotel the staff at reception does not have any training, they dont have a computer to access the websites to confirm my booking even when i was showing them my confirmation email from Expedia, they denied me access to an hotel i paid a month earlier for 6 nights after long flight from London to Lagos i have not experienced anything worse than the humiliation and the maltreatment i got on Saturday 4th October.

You people are fraud, you do not have any business with home suite.they don't know u.i have to pay for two day's with in the local money.i call to inform u from there.the lady who pick my phone cut the call on me.you people are evil

The hotel management contact person was awesome! Though I didn't expect much more than what I see...

Staff are brilliant, they cater to all your needs. They are trustworthy and they look out for safety and comfort. The facilities are basic, but the customer service I have seen in this Hotel is the best you will ever get in Nigeria

The Reservation was for my wife for a night at this Ikeja Hotel. While the location, room were okay. I found this Hotel to be very UNCOMFORTABLE: she was constantly harassed by a male staff/attendant who was trying very hard to befriend/pick up on my wife. On more than 3x occasions he asked her: if she was lonely and needed company, called her room late at night 2x and knocked on the door, all while she was on Skype with me. TOTALLY unacceptable behavior from a staff to a guest. She was made uncomfortable and WILL NEVER stay or recommend "Our Home Suites" hotel to no one. Period!!
