찬물이 나오는 객실도 있고 에어컨은 없음 조식은 잘나오는편 침대와 쿠션이 깨끗하지않음

the facility is good. some stain in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is ok. The management is not attentive. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite.
