We enjoyed the food a lot, especially at the seafood restaurant , steak house and buffet on the beach. I would skip the hibachi restaurant( the food was over salted) and barely any seasoning, just salt.The food trucks had good wings. We did not enjoy the alcohol as it was 95% local liquor. It was 4 of us including 2 adults and 2 children so the room layout was perfect with the bunk beds. Huge shower and the toilet had a door so it was private. Loved the water park and drinks at the bar by the water park. Pool water at the main pool needed to be cleaned, it was an off color. The fridge in the room barely cools anything. I suggest to get bottles water from the bars rather than carrying it from the room. The trolli comes around often. The coffee cafe is a must everyday, everything is good and the coffee was perfect! The Icecream truck was a lovely touch. The beach was so impressive, the waves were calm, the color was breathtaking and the sand as aft as flour.loved every minute. My daughter had her hair braided by a local on the beach for $50 with extensions and it was super lovely.

Perfect for family vacation. Kids loved all the activities. Beautiful beach, amazing staff. Buffet and a la carte had a variety every day and was delicious!

Everything was perfect! No complaints. A lot of restaurants where to eat. Multiple buffets restaurants as well. You have little shopping stores where you can buy anything you might need from over the counter medicine to gifts for your family! I definitely recommend this place!

I chose this resort because I believed it would be family-friendly—and in that regard, it did deliver. It was great for kids and families, offering plenty of activities. However, it fell short in several areas. One major downside was the location of the Family Club, which is all the way in the back of the resort. While there is a shuttle to the beach, you don’t have quick or easy access to the water. Not being beachside was a big disappointment. The food was also a letdown. We tried the seafood restaurant on-site but ended up going to the buffet afterward due to the limited options. Overall, the dining experience was underwhelming, with only two decent meals during our entire stay. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to return to this resort.

I cant say enough good things about this place. It was our first time to Punta Cana and I was definitely nervous about getting sick from the food after reading some of these reviews. I have a sensitive stomach but was completely fine my entire stay here. The buffets were underwhelming to be honest but some of the restaurants were top notch. Also, Elena and Alexis (Mordisco) were amazing!!! The property is beautiful, as was the beach. My family loved the convenience of the pools in the room and the water park. Only negative was the man trying to sell the vacation club - Alex - he was pushy, misleading, and rude. Made me feel uncomfortable after i was unwilling to leave my children flr an hour to listen to a sales pitch. Overall, would go back but will stay away from Alex.

The property itself is pretty nice. There are a lot of dining options, but it is extremely hard to get reservations at the ala carte restaurants, and the buffet for dinner is pretty horrible to be honest. Some things I did not like about my stay here were that someone from the cleaning staff stole $15 out of my wallet while I was at the beach on my last day there. Also we booked an airport transfer from the hotel to the airport and the front desk staff assured us that we could pay with credit card...we could not, and we had to go take out cash at the airport. The driver told us that they keep telling them to stop telling people that they can pay with credit cards but they keep doing it, so be forewarned. Also we wouldn't have needed to get money out for the airport transfer if the cleaning staff didn't steal my money out of my wallet.

After checking into our room, there was dirt on the bedsheets. I tried calling room service but the phone wasn’t working. The welcome gifts for the kids, slippers and the ready beach towels was a plus. But the swim up pool was hard to take advantage of because it was always dirty. It was barely maintain. At the pool, i was asked to do a massage but my card was overcharged and instead of 50 mins massage it was only 30 mins.

From day one, I was blown away. We were traveling with two young kids, and everything was taken care of—our room was cleaned multiple times a day, trash and towels replaced regularly, and even the minibar was refilled without us asking. Everything was included—from snacks and drinks to all-day dining and even ice cream stops. I’m a picky eater and don’t eat meat or chicken, but I never felt limited. There were plenty of delicious options like pasta, potatoes, cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and an incredible breakfast buffet with fresh breads and pastries. The beach was spotless, with staff coming by each morning to clean up seaweed, leaving the sand clean and the water crystal clear, calm, and warm. The pools were huge and perfect for families, and the baby water parks were a big hit with our kids. Getting around the resort was fun too, with shuttles that made it feel like a tropical adventure. There are many restaurants to choose from, and the reservation process was easy. We especially loved the seafood, Italian, and Japanese spots. A meal like that anywhere else would easily cost over $100, but here—it’s all included. Most of all, the staff made this trip unforgettable. They work incredibly hard and are always smiling. No one ever asked for a tip, but I truly wish I had brought more small bills to show our appreciation. Please consider tipping—these amazing people deserve it. Thank you to the entire hotel team for an incredible vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Disappointing Stay at a Supposed 5-Star Resort We stayed at Princess Bavaro Resort in Punta Cana as a family of three, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected from a 5-star property. First and foremost, the internet situation across the property was incredibly frustrating. Outside of the lobby areas, Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. This made it extremely difficult to stay connected or even make simple reservations at the on-site restaurants—which require online booking. It’s unacceptable that such a basic amenity is so unreliable at a resort of this caliber. The only 24-hour option for food, the sports bar, was a major letdown as well. The food choices were extremely limited and not what you’d expect when everything else was closed. This left us with very few options during off hours, especially for a place that markets itself as all-inclusive luxury. On a positive note, the room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. However, despite that, the overall experience did not feel like it was worth the money we spent. The lack of service quality and amenities falling short of expectations made our stay a disappointing one. We truly expected better and wouldn’t return based on this experience.

The property is nice...the food not good.. you can only make a reservation to one restaurant a day. The quality of the food was not good. Almost like it was a processed food for McDonald's or other fast food restaurants
