Found a drug needle on cubord

Air con didnt work and shower head was spurting everywhere

The rooms are modern and had entertainment and jug,microwave and fridge all in working order.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and room was clean. I would happily stay here again

Did not have decent blanket on bed just quilt cover with really old blanket inside it.There was no dish clorhes or anyrhing to wipe benches after make coffee ect,also coffe cups to small.Toilet was leaking the whole time onto the fgloir,no shower curtain and toiket set was sctewed on syraight!defiantly n o t worth $100 anight.A l so was told the $200 bind dep oisit is refuned when you book out,wich was a lie,it took 3days to be refunded to my acc..

Room had old extra furniture in it that wasn't needed. Shower was just warm with little pressure. 24 hour reception behind bullet proof glass and had people coming at all hours of the night. Had to give $100 cash bond?? No credit card. Police arrested person in room next to us.

You get what you pay for. Good rate but the carpet is disgusting. We ran out of toilet paper & my 2yr old had an accident on the carpet while i went to get somemore. So got a bucket of soapy water to clean the floor & now there is a blue spot amoung the blck carpet where i scrubed. When i told reception, he stated carpet are washed every 2 weeks, i wonder with what? Never seen more disgusting carpet & the flooring was uneven. If you can get past the flooring, we still enjoyed our stay. Good location. Close to carousel shopoing centre, many resturants in their complex, close to cannington greygounds, multipule shopping stores like furniture or camping stores & walking distance to play cafe.

I have been a regular customer of the Platinum for some time now, and I honestly call it a home away from home. The staff are just fabulous and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. It's not fancy, but it's affordable, safe, convenient and welcoming all hours of the day or night. I will be booking again very shortly!

Wasnt bad bed was comfortable and the room was noxe anf tidy

3 bedroom apartment was great for the price, big rooms, tv and air con in each room. Staff were friendly and helpful, Pool was great and is a great location.. but the whole place is in need of a bit of maintenance.. the backyard is a fire hazard, boxes full of rubbish everywhere, very overgrown with weeds. The place has huge potential, just needs some coin thrown at it!!

My kids and i were put into the wrong room that I had booked. The room was supposed to have had a queen and a double bed but i was only given a room with a King bed. Luckily the guy who was at the reception, was able to find a roll away bed for my little boy. Two of my Cousins had their rooms cancelled on them because of double bookings. They didn't get told until they were about to arrive at the hotel. Not happy at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone in the future unfortunately.

Bathroom full of mould. Tap in shower kept falling off. Room was never made up. No water bottles. The whole unit was filthy. Bath towels were never changed. No bath mat and no hand towel.

The property is in the process of being renovated so there were work trucks and utes about. The drive in area also needs a facelift, its a bit tired and does not present a good image.

The room was out the back in a run down facility. Weeds and rubbish everywhere, like an abandoned block. The room was dirty, I bought bleach to clean the shower. Tried to clean the spa but had hair and dirt throughout.
