On my final day, breakfast was not provided, and I had to leave for the airport on an empty stomach. The only explanation given was that the previous night's event caused a delay. No alternatives or compensation were offered. I find this completely unacceptable and request a refund for the breakfast service I did not receive

The toilet seat is dirty with yellow color everyday even after daily cleaning. The hallway is dark.

There is no hot water in the shower. Sometimes the toilet doesn't flush. The staff are helpful.

수흐바타르 광장 걸어서 갈수있는 위치에요 방이 넓고 쾌적했습니다.

宮殿調の外見で、私の好みではなかったですが、ロケーションや値段を考えて選びました。スタッフはとても気さくで親切。朝食も普通によかったし、何よりも客室が清潔だったのが最高でしたた。

A hotel that was built in a fairly grand style but is now a little tired and run down. However, it is clean, the WiFi was good and the bed was comfortable. It was located out of the centre a bit but only about 5 minutes from where I worked at the shangri la and about 10 minutes walk to the main square
