Patrick at the reception was good. The rooms are cleaned and the maintenance team is great

Checkin is 2-3pm, not 11am as per Expedia. Too conservative on resources, water dispensers are switched off, a/c is off in some rooms like gym, bathrooms didn’t smell good or fresh, etc Price was decent though considering alternatives.

I have tried several hotels in Kampala and this one is the very best , perhaps being outside of Nakasero where my workplace is, made it a bit unappealing but the overall hospitality experience is excellent. Kudos to Angela at reception ...

Cleanliness, wonderful staff more so Madina and Stephen were very caring during breakfast Quiet environment and in a wonderful location. I will come back to stay at this facility next time i visit Uganda.

Good clean property. Big rooms. But the area is poor. No shops or restaurant around. Unsafe to walk around. the arena mall is too far about 20 minutes away by walk. It looks close but it is not.

I had booked two reservation, and had to cancel one. The hotel did an awesome job

Always a great stay in mestil. Can genuinely be a home away from home. Beautiful buildings and garden with lots of great amenities. Away from the hustle and bustle of Kampala but easy access to all areas. Highly recommended.
