The restaurant at night was good but buffet needs to improve. My room air conditioner stopped working a few times and no mirrors in the my bedroom.

The property is beautiful however our room did not have good working air conditioning until it was almost time for us to leave so we was there three days with poor working air conditioner and two days with good working air conditioning. Every day I made my butler aware that the AC was not working we was told there’s no rooms available. We was told all they fixed it however it was not fixed until my husband told them to add freon which was on Thursday. Thursday they added freon and the air conditioner worked wonderfully Thursday and Friday Saturday we departed From the resort. Overall the resort is great and the entertainment was awesome.

I would like to elaborate on our very unfortunate experience at the property. Air Conditioning: The first room we checked into had air conditioning issues where the temp in the room was 80 degrees and did not go lower. After three attempts to fix this in two days, I insisted that we move to another room. The resort made us wait without a room for six hours before we were allowed to use the second room. In the second room, the air conditioner did not function again. Again they attempted three times to fix this second room and we had to insist on another third room. In this case the temperature in the room was over 80 degrees. For three out of 5 nights we could not sleep because of the heat on the room. Finally the third room has sufficient air conditioning. Restaurants: It was impossible to make reservations for restaurants on the first night. Restaurants were small and always fully booked. The only other option was the cafeteria where the food was substandard at best. The premium lounge breakfast was the only place we could enjoy a meal. Even with premium accommodation drinks were watered down, wine was the cheapest money could buy, and there was only one beer selection. Nor right for premium guests. Our assigned butler Lory was great. She tried to help, but I could see management did not care about premium customers. She tried to make things more pleasant, but management prevented her attempts for help. The beach was riddled with seaweed. Lots more and no space.

Leider gab es viele Probleme beim Check-in. Das vor 10 Monaten gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten war nicht verfügbar. Wir mussten zweimal das Zimmer wechseln. Das dritte Zimmer (am dritten Tag) hatte Schimmel im Bad (an der Decke und hinter dem Spiegel) sowie oberhalb der Kleiderschränke. Tagsüber gab es mehrmals Lärm durch die Animation am Pool. Auch die Verständigung war schwierig: Das Personal spricht fast ausschließlich Spanisch, nur wenige Mitarbeitende verfügen über Englischkenntnisse. Da etwa 70 % der Gäste aus Lateinamerika stammen, ist das Hotel entsprechend ausgerichtet. Der Strand war sehr schön und sauber (sehr wenig Algen, die schnell entfernt wurden). Die Palmen reichen bis ans Meer, wirklich schön und eher selten in Punta Cana. Der Premium-Strand ist besonders ruhig und gepflegt. Die Hotelanlage ist insgesamt sehr ansprechend. Die Gebäude sind schön gestaltet und laden zu Spaziergängen ein. Leider gibt es keine klare Trennung zwischen dem Impressive Premium-Bereich und dem normalen Hotelbereich. Die Gebäude sind gemischt, was aus der Hotelbeschreibung nicht hervorging – wir hatten hier eine klare Abgrenzung erwartet. Das Essen war gut, sowohl im Buffetrestaurant als auch in den 6 À-la-carte-Restaurants (Reservierung erforderlich). Die Cocktails wirkten jedoch künstlich – das bekannte karibische Coco-Getränk kam aus der Maschine und schmeckte nur mittelmäßig. Insgesamt leider nicht der entspannte Traumurlaub am Strand, den wir uns wünschten

O hotel é incrível. Além da estrutura, o atendimento de todos os funcionários é impecável. Impressionante a educação e presteza de todos, além da alegria contagiante de toda a equipe de recreação e dos que trabalham nos restaurantes. Destaque para nosso atencioso "mordomo", Robinson, sempre pronto a nos atender, e também para a funcionária Lary, que foi extremamente gentil no nosso check-in. Destaque, ainda, para as festas (a dos fones em silêncio foi sensacional) e para os shows no final da noite. Parabens a toda equipe Impressive!

Service is mediocre at best, especially at check-in. And don't even think about getting reservations to the restaurants

La comida estaba expuesta a muchas moscas y algunos meseros o maleteros a pesar de su mala atención se paraban sin moverse hasta recibir propina, el cuarto no tenia olor a limpio.

From check in to check out, service is poor and slow, staff are generally surly. Hotel sits right on the beach which is great, stretches of the beach to either side of the hotel are not well maintained and there is a lot of trash.

This is our 4th stay at Impressive Premium. We are impressed with Impressive premium. They even upgraded us to an ocean front villa this time!!

Hotel muito bom mais os funcionários que distribui a bebida só atende bem quem dá gorjetas. Você estando na fila que tiver grana passa na frente horrível isto. Teve caso de negar a bebida devido a um casal dar gorjeta ao atendente.

Fantastic staff ... wonderful resort ...good entertainment...this was our second visit and hope to go back next

Highly recommended to book the premium suites. They are more spacious and have an amazing bathroom/shower. Biggest con was the buffet food. There was a lot of options but the food was not flavored the best. Loved that the beach was so close to our suite. Loved the entertainment crew on the resort; they had us lit and apart of every event during our stay. We will be back!
