Great service Great food

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made it feel like a home from home and I felt sorry to leave. Peter and Carol helped me sort various things out and advise me on others, Zesta, Cindy and Tasha were always so lovely and friendly

The place was nice. The food was good and delicious for the price. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom however wasn't pleasant. Overall it is a nice place.

Bien placé par rapport aux à l'aéroport et aux activités du sud de Nairobi: parc national, Karen Blixen Museum, Shedrick center, Giraffe center,... Très bon rapport qualité prix, le confort est correct sans plus. Personnel plutôt serviable.

The room was clean and tidy as expected and all the staff friendly. I returned to this place having stayed before. Location is perfect, it is just on the edge of the national park and close by the safari areas, ivory burning site and Uhuru gardens all are in walking distance. Despite feeling quiet and out of the city, it is only half an hour by bolt to central Nairobi. We always enjoy here. On this occasion there had been an accident nearby where a truck crash had knocked out electricity in the neighbourhood. However, the quick thinking management at Red Buffalo got a generator up and running so power was not affected for guests. Well done to them.

Very good for the price and welcoming staff.

Facilities like the corroded windows can be improved.

For the price it was decent, just some minor things that need to be improved like some broken tiles

This hotel was came very short of my expectations. The first time I stayed here, the rooms were unhygienic, but thats what you get for the price. The second time I tried to book, they confirmed my booking only for me to go in and be told there was no more rooms left. I asked for a refund from the lady at the counter but she didn't look bothered and very was very unprofessional. I asked if there was a senior manager but she couldn't even talk to me and I asked this very calm and kindly. Would be careful when booking as the service is so beyond poor.

By 8am the chef was yet to arrive to provide the said breakfast. The building needs some painting. Rust is the order of the day. Need mosquito nets in all the rooms.

They have this soldier they call Maasai. Wow that dude is on top and very helpfull. Kudos guyz my stay was super great.

When I arrived the generator was running so I asked whether it will run all night and whether there was electricity. I was assured that there would be electricity. When I got to the room it was dump and smelled like mold. They had a fan running though to try and dry it I guess. I left to go the other side of the city. When I came back the motel was dark with no one in sight. A few hoots brought the maasai who

Pathetic. Terrible. Poor meals and expensive. It is a brothel not a hotel. Go there at your own risk

These guys were great. we were a little upset by a failed booking at a different place but they more than made up for it. The food and rooms were good. The garden was lovely for yoga and relaxing. If the coffee bar opened a little earlier it would be full marks
