Very noisy especially in the morning during trash pickup. No staff presence

The only complaint would be the toiletry, bring your own shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash! Everything else was great! Would stay again

Amazing location & spacious room!

Clean, great location

It wasn't clear that there would be no lobby or staff, just a code to enter and a code for the room. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow. The lobby and staircase were worn appearing. The location is outstanding - could not be better. The room was terrific- clean, uncluttered and everything was in great condition. Now that we know it, we would definitely stay there again.

In the heart of old Montreal and close to many attractions. We had a courtyard facing room and it did get a bit noisy otherwise great experience. Great room and good value with many little extras.

The location is beyond compare. Even being located in the heart of wonderful streets of Old Montreal, the accommodations were quiet, spacious and cozy. We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location!!! We were on the 3rd floor, but did have help with the luggage. Very cute room and comfortable bed.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. The location is extremely convenient, and the room has a great sense of design. It has a charming French touch and feels very comfortable. The staff are very helpful—although there’s no elevator, if you contact the hotel in advance, they’ll gladly assist with your luggage. It’s a stylish hotel with a strong design aesthetic. I really loved my stay.

La chambre était jolie, propre, près de tout, restaurant, activités, etc. Le concierge m'écrivait régulièrement pour s'assurer qu'il ne noymus manquait rien, je retournerais dans cet hébergement ssns sucun doute
