Vacationed with our 10 and 4 y.o. and found this resort to be perfect for our 5 day stay. Rooms were clean even if they could use a refresh and the beds were a bit hard. Food was pretty decent and checked all the boxes for kids. My 2 are little fishes so the pool was the main attraction but there seemed to be TONS for kids under 12. The game room was fun altho ai would suggest training the workers on how to manage the gaming systems for us "non-gamers". The staff was friendly and helpful and the location close enough to the airport so all in all the trip was a win!

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay at the Waves Rose Hall and we had an absolutely amazing time. This resort truly lives up to its reputation as one of the top choices for families/couples looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation. The beach is beautiful, with soft, white sand and a great stretch for walking. The pool complex is the real star, a massive, free-form pool with a swim-up bar as well as an activity pool where they keep multiple different activities like pool volleyball. Overall, the food was very very good for an all-inclusive. The buffet was consistently solid with a great variety to select from. The swim-up bar and lobby bar served strong, delicious drinks, and the bartenders were always friendly. The room was quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The mini-bar was restocked daily. The entire resort is impeccably clean.

Incredible hotel. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff is very attentive, and everything was excellent.

Dining was awesome due to freshness, variety and accessibility. It was like and ever open buffet that included ackee & saltfish and jerk chicken. Thumbs up to the food & beverage staff. The decor was enchanting, and there was easy access to the beach and infinity pools. My room was clean, big and had a fabulous view of the ocean. The property seemed to have everything imaginable - from popcorn to champaign. I would recommend more onsite water activities - I could not get a boat for myself outside of 2 scheduled daily trips. Front desk (check-in) was great but the 'Spa girls' need to go - I don't think they serve a purpose. Just place a phone kiosk or a big QR code because these girls are distracted and unprofessional. I was not sure why there were so many girls there and none seemed to provide professional service.

We had a great time at Iberostar. The property was clean, and the food was excellent; they always offered local dishes, which was a plus. However, there were two things I didn’t like: the rooms were a bit outdated, the mattresses were not comfortable, and the stalls were very low, which is not good for people with hip problems. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay, and the staff was amazing. I will definitely go back and recommend it. They had great entertainment; the Michael Jackson show was fantastic.

Nothing unique about this property. The garden view room are a complete waste of your money. You are looking at a deserted Forrest. When asked for a change of room it was a challenge and when they did gave us a change, they send us to a lower Forrest. The beach is filled with masked. You have limited food to choose from at the dining room, from breakfast to supper. It's total waste of my money.

Not very welcoming like other resorts I’ve visited.
