Ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro de Liubliana. No tienen ascensor, seguramente esté especificado, pero no lo leí, y estuvimos alojados en un tercero. Disponen de una pequeña cocina. Nos ayudaron a reservar un taxi por 35€ al aeropuerto.

We loved the apartments location with the eaties all around and the river running past. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Very central, right on the canal. Beautiful.

Only thing that could improve would be if room had a microwave

류블랴나 강줄기 중심에 있는데도 시끄럽지 않고 깨끗했습니다. 엘리베이터는 없습니다. 리셉션의 직원이 친절하고 전체적으로 괜찮았어요.

Amazing spot in the old town of Ljubljana! The staff was all super kind and helpful, printed train tickets for us and let us check in early. Perfect place if you want something close to all the shops and restaurants.

Great spot it is in a non vehicle zone will need to walk about 500 meters with bag's but worth it

Spent two nights in the heart of Ljubljana and it was a perfect stay. Close to the hear of the city right in old town with a 3-5min walk to everything and anything. 10/10 would stay here again.

Two huge problems, both related to Kollmann's lack of transparency. This is an old 5-story building where ceiling height makes it more like the 7 or 8th floor of a modern building. But there is no elevator, and they aren't up front about it. It's not in the main description called 'About this Property,' and appears way way down in "fine-print" style which says, "We should mention this property does not have elevators." The vast majority of hotels of that height would have an elevator, so it's irresponsible to hide it. They put us in the attic which had a ladder to get to the bed and told us nothing in the correspondence. The second hidden aspect is in the fact the place is in a "pedestrian" zone. What they don't say is that the closest a cab can get to the hotel is about 7-9 min. walk on cobblestone streets. Again, irresponsible. Also, our room was awful. No windows (just roof skylights), had a musty smell of mold, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was so diluted that you couldn't even see foam when you mixed it with water, and the shower was leaky. The manager had the nerve to give us tips about using a shower (we did exactly what he suggested!) The fact is that the leak had to have been a constant because the bottom of the door to the bathroom had rotted away from moisture. The manager stayed away for more than a day, refused to see or speak to us and just wrote a defensive email without any apologies. We had to leave, but he said no to any money back. Be warned!

Very helpful staff , safe & secure

We booked the room with the balcony which was a fantastic spot to sit with drink in hand, and watch the passegiata going on below. The Kollman rooms are in a brilliant location in the heart of the old town, so you're in the centre of everything, and so easy to explore on foot. There is no elevator and you do have to leave your car outside the pedestrianised zone and walk in, but if you're ok with that, this is a great little place. Super friendly and helpful folks on the front desk.

Central location, helpful staff, nice views from our room. The only negative was no elevator.

Ich hatte das Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und genau, wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet. Etwas befremdlich war das Waschbecken außerhalb des Badezimmers. Das Zimmer wurde nur auf ausdrücklich Wunsch gereinigt, hängt mit dem Umweltgedanken zusammen, wäre aber möglich gewesen. Im Schrank hätten es mehr Kleiderbügel sein können (2 normale und 4 Hosenklemmbügel, von denen nur 1 funktionsfähig war). So abgewohnt, wie es teilweise beschrieben wurde, war es nicht, nur die Türen, auch die vom Kleiderschrank, könnten mal wieder geölt werden. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und eine kleine Auswahl an Geschirr. Auch ein leerer Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Trotz der Lage war es relativ ruhig. Ich habe es auf Anhieb gleich gefunden. Das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Taxibestellung hat sehr gut geklappt. Ich würde das Hotel in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Şehrin tam merkezinde, her yere yürüyüş mesafesinde, araç geçişi olmayışından da ötürü hiç ses, gürültü olmayan harika bir konumda. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş, modern ve geniş odalar ve çok rahat güzel bir yatağı olan bir odaydı...

The best place to stay! So central for restaurants and the stuff you'd want to see in Ljubljana as a tourist. I ordered a room with river view and it had great views was spacious, modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again
