I always enjoy my stay at firefly The staff are wpnans kind.

Although the location is spectacular, the cabins have a low level of comfort, they are dark, mosquitoes enter through some holes in the wood, the bathroom is outside (it is advertised, I know) and I think there are better rooms on the same property. I get the impression that decades ago they were used by slaves and now by tourists xD

I’ll definitely be back! My kids and I loved the easy access to the beach, the daily room cleaning, the restaurant and everything about this place. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you to all the staff!

Wir waren Ende April hier und hatten eine kleine Unterkunft gewählt. Durch die 2 großen Betten war das völlig ausreichend. Auf den Firefly Beach bin ich durch Bewertungen aufmerksam geworden. Es ist traumhaft. Wer nicht den allgemeinen Luxus sucht und wert auf Land und Leute legt, ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt hier Unterkünfte für jeden Geldbeutel. Unsere Hütte war klein, aber völlig ok. Ringsherum Pflanzen und Bäume an denen morgens die Kolibris umher schwirrten. Große Schmetterlinge flogen umher, wie in einem Garten. Wir hatten eine Außendusche und WC, welche mehrmals täglich gereinigt wurden. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Bar und Restaurant direkt am Strand bietet leckeres Frühstück und Brunch an. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr lecker. Dementsprechend hatten wir keine Magen -und Darmbeschwerden. Zum Abend kann man nebenan am Sun Beach dinnieren und an der Bar den schönsten Sonnenuntergang genießen. Auch da schmeckt es fantastisch und wird alles frisch zubereitet. Es ist wie eine große Familie. Wir sind mit den Betreibern ins Gespräch gekommen und haben super lustige Abende erlebt und Freundschaften geschlossen. Das Meer ist wunderschön und das Wasser warm und klar. Der feine Sand zieht sich bis Tief ins Meer und selbst da wo man stehen kann, kann man Plattfische und Seesterne sehen, kleine Fischschwärme und bei etwas Glück auch Rochen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

I should get a credit back for the SHACK I was put in? Unbelievably bad. Worst accommodations anyone could ever have?….. And the rumor is the place has been sold so all the employees are uncertain of their future employment. I felt really bad for them they are such excellent workers and deserve to move forward with what it will be on the future. I pray for them🙏

The staff was wonderful. Friendly and funny. Big up to Bree who served breakfast. The cabin was clean and the facilities ok.

This place you will be using the outside bathroom and outside shower there us no ac or tv those are the cabins..Pls be aware of that they have 2 firefly so be careful. I ended up upgrading to a suite even though the suites were need some cosmetics work bthroom door wouldnt close properly the ac is only in the bedroom. So if your watching tv you will be hot or use ceiling fan. It was clean staff was nice food is pricey though at their restaurant just eat from the locals. Out of 10 i give them a 3.

sketchy security suspect wiring - eh utilities - The people working there were very nice and accommodating and we never had a problem but wouldn't have been surprised if we did. We only spent one night before moving to a better more comfortable place - If you're on the run from the law this would be your place -

This is a perfect hidden gem in Negril! The staff is absolutely amazing. From being helped before my stay online, til my very last day! Above and Beyond Customer Service! Beautiful beach, super amazing housekeeping, good food at restaurant on property. I’ve stayed at the 5stars in Negril, and I’d choose Firefly over any of them 10x over….. I will definitely be visiting them again and bringing family to experience this fabulous property. If you are looking to experience true Jamaica, trust me you will love this place💛💚❤️🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Die Huetten sind sauber aber nicht mueckendicht.das Jacuzzi ist nicht mehr in Betrieb. Waschbecken in Wc locker und nur eine Heisswasserdusche. Freier Kaffee morgens heisst hoechstens 2 Tassen bis 10 uhr. Oft wird der Durchgang zum Strand von Hotelfremden benutzt.Strand und Garten sind super.! Manchmal laute Musik bis 3 Uhr.
