Thank you for a relaxing stay at your hotel! We especially thank Harrison and his housekeeping team for the beautiful heart shaped design left on our bed and for Joyce and Janet the other receptionist that made our stay enjoyable.

There we no safe shops nearby, the closest shopping area was accross a busy highway, requiring a drive or uber ride

I came very late at night and was met by a woman who was very awake and smiling and accommodating.

The room was

I was upgraded to the The Boma (Main Hotel) because the Boma Inn was undergoing some work. Few things that needs some attention: The shower valves seem to be erratic, turns hotter / colder at random. This was noticed in two rooms. The air conditioning unit not working so well. Noises from parties going on within the hotel did not help with sleeping especially past 23:00hrs. The restriction of food ordered from Uber eat and other deliveries was not very interesting for someone that loves a certain type of food.,. not served in the hotel's restaurant. Location is perfect, with ease of transportation. Hotel is close to a lot of local shops within walking distance.

Courteous staff, quality food.

The staffs delivered an excellent service.. the waiters were very accommodating, ready to assist. Also the reception team, I recall that I had one day extension, they didn’t chase me around to come make payment. And the house keepers were exceptional. I will be coming back

Air conditioning was broken and staff provided us with a fan but the air in the room was stale/humid which made our stay uncomfortable as we couldnt rest

The shower was broken, and only a trickle of water from the tap. On my previous visit the wifi was not working. I have stayed here several times but not any more. Cancelling my next transit visit now.

The ac was not working

Inn was fine and is right next to the very nice Boma Hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff. Safe and secure location

This hotel is going down quickly. Any client can see it easily. The workers look demotivated. The bathrooms are not very clean.

Todella hyvä palvelu. Ystävällinen henkilö kunta. Palvelu ensiluokkaista voi todella suositella. Alue mukavan rauhallinen ja helppo liikkua aleella.

it was not junior suit room with 2 bathrooms as was described at the time of booking!
