It was very nice for the price I must see it's very close to all the attractions of Ochie..I definitely enjoyed my stay

1. Room was not modern 2. Toilet ran 3. Air conditioning not cool enough and was only in bedroom 4. Fan in living room didn’t work 4. Back patio door didn’t work and did not have access to patio 5. Fridge had previous renters food in there. 6. Staff took 2 days to respond to emails or in person visit to try to resolve the toilet issue and rest not resolve during stay

Right next to the beach and Island Village. Perfect spot for a vacation. The bathroom could take some remodeling.

I've always stayed st this property abd generally it's 5 stars. However, this particularly Unit needs a refresh. Only one burner working in the stove and generally lower quality than I'm used to. It was cheaper than other units and that should gave been an indicator that the quality was not up to par. Still Fisherman's Point is always a good stay.

Hot water for few days was out. Had to change room. Clean, . Loud music at night

The location was very good and secured also the gift shops, restaurants including Marguritaville, Starbucks and others are just across the street. White sand beach just behind the property. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were manicured but the pool was dirty and unusable. Repairs to the compound and roof were still being repaired from hurricane Melissa damage which is understandable. The room itself was extremely dated... 1950 or 60's. The sofa was old saggy and soiled.. Tge reception was very kind and gave me a clean sheet to throw over it. I slept on top of the bed because under the cover sheets apperanced stained. Everything could be easily fixed by the owner of the unit. For the one night it was doable. The units are all privately owned and maintained so perhaps a different unit may be more updated.

Not clean , very dated , no coffee in room . Toilet was very filthy, was not flushed from previous people . Will not return.

Very affordable and easily accessible from the main road. Lovely beach access.
