Clean , well maintained , good bed , shower , pool , price , breakfast and it’s strategically located , a block to Charles Binford street where local restaurants offer fresh catch of the day at a bargain and a block away to Charles Darwin street that will lead you to San Francisco Park , church , more restaurants and the pier for the tours

Umfangreiches kontinentales Frühstück, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, schöne Dachterrasse, ein Highlight war der Whirlpool, der immer wieder gereinigt wurde.

Breakfast was healthy, but the staffs were Excellent in every way a guest can think of, very professional hospitality. Room was clean

A estadia no hotel foi otima, funcionarios simpaticos e prestativos, bom cafe da manha, quarto funcional. A unica coisa ruim é que fiquei em um quarto da frente e no sabado a noite tinha um show festa, musica alta que me atrapalhou pra dormir e eu tinha um voo pela manhã... talvez devessem colocar janelas anti ruido na parte da frente? No mais, foi tudo bem

Everything you can hope for in the place like that. I am not sure about parking but who would drive in Santa Cruz anyways, perfect otherwise!

Great experience and the people were absolutely lovely. The only down was there was very loud music outside our room at 11pm to about midnight and we couldn’t sleep.

The property was ver clean. Our triple room was huge. The hot tub was a great bonus. Breakfast was great and the staff was beyond great. Our room was loud. We could hear breakfast being prepared above us very early in the AM, 5:30/6:00. That was the only negative. I loved the tea available all day as it was rainy and cool during our stay.

Everyone at Hotel Flamingo was very nice, accommodating and informative. Pablo at the front desk was helpful with tour & restaurant suggestions. Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were both excellent. The Flamingo was very conveniently located in a very safe area. Hopefully, we will visit again!

We have stayed here many times since 2013. The family owners keep everyone safe and speak good English. Breakfast is more than ample. Location is a block off the ocean road. They can tell you the good places to eat. Very clean. We will come back.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, accommodating, and helpful with needs at the hotel as well as booking tours and suggesting restaurants and local sights. We really enjoyed the personal touch received by all the staff The breakfast included was very nice and plentiful
