Great room in a great location for exploring Passau.

The area around this apartment was very nice. Checking in was a nightmare. Expedia was part of the check in issue. I made a reservation through my email. The apartment owners did send something on Whatsapp, but I did not know to look at that app. Neither expedia nor the owners told me where to look for check in information. Also, I thought it was a hotel from the description on expedia, but it is not. It is a clean apartment in a nice area of passau

No contact with property manager, which at checkout would have been helpful. Otherwise a really lovely stay in a terrific location.

Sehr gutes Suite Hotel, neu renoviert, auf dem Zimmer alle Annehmlichkeiten: Küche mit Kaffeeausstattung, Kühlschrank. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern im Familienzimmer. Auch längere Aufenthalte entsprechen der Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt.

The location can't be beat...my unit looked out the window to a narrow cobblestone street that led up to a Piazza with fountain. Cute grocery right off the Piazza. I loved the big bathroom, excellent shower, kitchen, and brightness of the space. The ceilings are domed as most buildings were built in 17th century. There is a very important thing to know about this place which I missed. It is not a hotel and there is no front desk or anyone to let you into the building. Imagine it more like an Airbnb. Look through your emails carefully for confirmation from whichever website you booked it through. Buried within the confirmation a day before you come is a message in German from the owner giving you an entry code and telling you which unit is yours and where the key is. It's easy to ask Google to translate the message.

Ruhige Lage in einer der Gassen der Altstadt. Insgesamt eine schöne, geräumige Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung.

Wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnung mit schickem Badezimmer und bequemen Bett. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Passau!

Wir waren wirklich begeistert. Wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer und die Lage ist auch 1a. Gesamtnote 1☆☆☆☆☆

The property was good but the description of amenities included 'Laundry' and a picture of the room with a washing machine. However we were assigned a room without a washer and told there was no washer available. We picked this room, even with all the inconvenience of having to check in and park about a half mile away because we wanted to have a washing machine. Their only option for us - they did not offer an outside laundry service - was to give them our laundry and they would wash it in their facilities along with their hotel laundry. Couldn't guarantee a time for return of laundry and couldn't describe how they would find our laundry in the completed hotel wash. I contacted your virtual agaent, Ryan, who insisted I needed to send him a screen shot of your website with the listing. After an hour he ended the session. I have a copy of your listing, as of today, with Laundry listed as an Amenity. If you want me to send this to you, give me an email address, and then please compensate us for the inaccuracy and our inconvenience.

Personal sehr nett. Check-in problemlos. Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir werden wieder kommen <3

Charmante und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr zentrale Wohnung :). Die Küchenausstattung ist recht dürftig: Es gab nur eine normal große Tasse - schlecht für Teetrinker - und nur 2 winzige 0,1 l Gläser. Bier aus der Flasche, vor allem Weizen, ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Ein Pfannenwender wäre nett.
