Charming!

It’s an antique! We knew that before coming here and we loved that it looked like a little museum. However we were not expecting having to go up and down the narrow stairs all the time. Be careful when carrying luggage and after the rain!

Classic pousada in a great location.

Quarto limpo, cama confortável, ar condicionado e chuveiro elétrico funcionando, equipe de funcionários maravilhosa e atenciosa, nota mil pra eles, porém o prédio possui muita umidade e cheiro de mofo forte, principalmente no quarto que me hospedei, número 8.

Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. We left (along with gentleman in room next door). Still waiting on the refund. Property has potential but needs $100K in upgrades to meet sanitation codes, even in Brazil.

O café da manhã é muito bom e variado. E o hotel tem uma localização excelente.

Lovely property in a great central location. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The garden area was lovely and pool was great to cool down in. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Hospedagem boa, único problema seria a rede de Wi-Fi no quarto onde fiquei que acaba não pegando muito bem, a e televisão com qualidade mais ou menos

La chambre est vieillotte, les draps sales et la salle de bain mériterait un coup de neuf.

When I got there the room was leaking water so there was no room. I had to quickly book another room for $700 more. They offered room at 2 of their other hotels but I looked at them and found them not acceptable. Sometimes the photos shown and what actually you’re getting is a lot sifferent

Indtjekning gik fint. Værelserne var rummelige - vi havde en blødere seng men af god kvalitet. Smilende personale og alt need to ved morgenmaden.

Infelizmente, a minha experiência na Casa Perpetua hotel d'charm' foi péssima.. Não há nenhum charme. Trata-se de um casarão mal conservado; cama e colchões antigos e muito ruins; muito pó; chuveiro bem fraco. E o nosso quarto (meu e dos meus 3 filhos) ficava no mesmo piso da rua (janela de vidro direto na rua); no teto do nosso quarto era o corredor do andar superior: o piso de madeira fazia barulho. A única observação nota 7 é referente ao café da manhã (iogurte, suco, ovos, pão, queijo e leite). A localização é boa: ao lado do teatro, mas, há opções melhores. Muito caro para o pouco que oferece.

Clean, cute and unique. Prime location and cool historical building!

Nunca fique no andsr de baixo. Não vai comseguir dormir pois é uma casa antiga com piso de madeira. Se cair uma agulha no quarto de cima você escuta tudo. Se quiser paz e silêncio vá para outra.

O lugar é muito bom. Alem de gracioso é muito confortavel. Todos as pessoas que ttabalham lá sao educadas. E a localização é otima.

Excelente trato de todo el personal

Staff were nice, breakfast was delicious and it was a great place to stay prior to heading into the Amazon. Location is also great in the Central area.

The property is close to nice eating and walking sites.

Fabulous location, great staff and just a solid overall hotel. Very comfortable and convenient.
