I will definitely be staying here again! Everything about this place was spectacular I loved the food the people and the aesthetics.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so extremely nice! The service was so courteous. We parked a car in their garage and they couldn’t be more gracious. They accommodated our requests during breakfast and were so polite. I had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast service and they made sure to pack me breakfast to take to the airport. The staff are warm and welcoming and would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone! The breakfast is also delicious!

Best hot tub ever

Hidden gem in San Antonio neighborhood. The staff is great (especially Jonathan)the location is very good, the breakfast is as good as what you order, ie you have to ask for specifics but a lot of options. Loved all the fresh fruit and vegetarian options also for dinner. Very ready to accommodate. We stayed 4 nights. Our 2nd floor room had a beautiful view to the courtyard-not much privacy if you pull up all the blinds/curtains as the courtyard restaurant is very well frequented (and romantic). Very positive overall experience. Would recommend.

I loved this hotel! Everything about it. Nice helpful staff, great rooms with even greater air conditioning. Very good environment with a bit of a jungle vibe inside, great food…Also the massage service on the top floor was amazing. I’d stay here again if I ever come to Cali again.

En general el servicio del staff es pésima. Algo me dice que contratan a cualquier persona. Se nota que no han estudiado nada relacionado a servicio al cliente. Y aplica para todos los hoteles Alko de Cali. Todos tienen ese problema. Muchos problemas de servicio, detalles sin fin que nunca solucionan NI SE EXCUSAN!! Menos algo de cortesía. Los pequeños detalles son los que cuentan y luego de 5 experiencias en diferentes hoteles Alko puedo comprobar que es algo general. Lástima. Pésima administración.

It’s very good but could have a better TV

Great place beautiful place, Very clean and extra large renovated rooms. The pool is nice and clean but unusable because it has no privacy at all I think it’s more for decorations, the lady at the front desk is great, she was very friendly and professional. Great food with two restaurants menu options. This is definitely a great beautiful place. A

Great hotel with a good restaurant and an awesome open area in the inside but very noisy during the day because the restaurant organizes many events like mariages, baptism,... The guests from these events were very loud.

Guests partying until 2am and staff had no ability to stop it. The room above us had an outdoor jacuzzi and they were playing music and partying. We were in room 204. My partner went to reception at about 12.30 a.m. to complain. The young woman at reception said they had been spoken to, but she would speak to them again. Which suggests somebody else complained. The noise could be heard from reception. At about 1.45 am. I went to complain again. The receptionist said they had already been spoken to three times. I told her to make a fourth time and listened to her telephone the offending room. She told me (using google translate) that he said he would be silent. It was 2.10 am and they were still stomping about overhead. We had two choices checkout in the middle of the night or put up with it. The management did their best to dodge meeting with me that morning. At breakfast I was told the manager would start work at 10.00 am. At 10.30 am. I was told that the manager was not coming today and to put any question I had in an email. We thought we had booked a quality hotel, but our last night was a nightmare. The noise level is what I suspect backpacker hostels accept. We signed room conditions accepting quiet time was between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am. Obviously that rule only applies to some. We are disgusted by the inability of staff to stop the noise. How many warnings do they give before they taken any action.
