First night I arrived I found a condom wrapper stuffed inside the cushion of the furniture! Carpet needed vacuuming with hair all over. Shower had hair inside. I informed the guest and apparently it was not an emergency. Dirty elevator with red liquid inside, i informed the employee and he replied "ok"

This was our first time at this property, and I would definitely return.

The parking was $75 per night and I had to wait for my car 30 minutes.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and conveniently located.

Great location, about a 10 minute leisurely walk to the White House. The room was as pictured. Other canopy hotels offer room service, unfortunate this one doesn’t. Otherwise a good stay.

Very cosy and comfortable hotel, nice feeling all along. Amine at the reception gave a warm welcome, setting a great tone from a get-go. Everything worked well and nice amenities in the room. Clean and a good condition Areas of improvement: the air in the room smelled not the best upon entering, almost as if some smoke. And a robe would be great, though understand this is a 3* hotel (though not price wise…)

Hotel restaurant did not have any coffee one day. Roon had some broken items

最寄りのメトロからは10分くらい歩きます。 ただ、ホワイトハウスや記念塔まで歩ける距離であり（15分〜20分位）、立地は良かったです。 ホテル環境としては大使館やビジネス街であり、ホテル周辺に飲食店は少ないですが、落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったです。

Good experience. Room was comfortable, good location, and good restaurant/bar.

We arrived at 3:30, after check in time. Our room, the presidential suite, was not ready for another 45 min. No reason given, nothing was offered, ie drink in the bar, complimentary breakfast etc. after a 6.5 hour drive we were guided to sit in the lobby and wait.

We always are treated so well here. This time was no exception. We will be back!

Parking at hotel very expensive

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and in a great location. The bed was very comfortable too and they clean the rooms every day which is nice
