Meget hyggeligt autentisk og lokalt hotel med super godt køkken - fantastisk morgenmad, fredags-paella mmm. Super god service!! Og eminent beliggenhed!! Vi var alle 5 meget tilfredse!!

Von Pousada hätte ich mehr erwartet : Zimmerausstattung, Frühstück sind ganz einfach. Hotel nur zu Fuß erreichbar und keine Parkplätze!

No ventilation. VERY humid in the room. To much perfume!

This was a beautiful hotel and we had a lovely experience staying here, from receptionist, to restaurant staff excellent. The breakfast really lovely and we had dinner on first night, lovely food. Dieses Hotel ist nahezu perfekt. Es liegt zentral am Marktplatz des Ortes. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück und das Personal waren außerordentlich gut. Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze (aufgrund der Lage verständlich) was die Anreise etwas schwieriger macht, ist aber meines Erachtens verschmerzbar. günstige Parkplätze sind in der Nähe, kostenfreie ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Das einzige was hätte verbessert werden können: Die Dusche müsste mal renoviert werden, in den Fugen befindet sich recht viel Schimmel... Wenn man aufgrund des Alters des Hauses und des Stil darüber hinweg sieht ist es ein wunderbares Haus.

What a beautiful hotel! Impeccably renovated from a former palace. The rooms are the perfect combination of modern and historic. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They also provide one the best breakfast buffets that I have experienced. The location is right off the main plaza with many small shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved the location, excellent breakfast and pool facilities. Room was spotless as was the bathroom.

Wonderful 3 night stay in this really lovely wee hotel. From the moment we walked through the door the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had a superior room with large balcony and sunbeds. Bed was super comfy and shower was great. Breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot buffet items. Hotel is also in a lovely location right on the main square and has a plunge pool on roof top with lovely views. Can highly recommend and will definitely book if back in Vila Real DSA.

Lovely hotel in the plaza with good size room. Breakfast was lovely downstairs and also tables outside. A little challenging to find the location as it is in the plaza so taxi drivers will drop you outside the plaza. The sign is small on the hotel. Very friendly staff.

Difficult to find entrance. Incorrect on maps. Call desk and staff will meet you in the square. Clean rooms. Good location. Fair breakfast. Good overall for a night or two while passing through.

We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was lovely. It is in the main square of the city and many restaurants and shops nearby. The two swimming pools were only opened 10-19 even if they said that they could keep them open longer, we were however not so interested in the swimming pools, quite small and too hot in the sun.

Really loved this place. Beautifully situated and great room. Tasty and diverse breakfast. The staff were all lovely and spoke wonderful English. Marianna stood out as being really helpful and flexible regarding a small issue about which room we had booked. She could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful! Thanks so much! Probably the best place to stay in the area. You get what you pay for

Lovely property centrally located in the town square with many shop and restaurants near by. The roof top pool and deck were great for a 360 sunset view over the town. Included breakfast was well done with many options. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Thank you a nice stay.

Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer präsentiert, dass nicht der Beschreibung (Grösse) bei Buchung entsprach. Es wurden nach unserer Ablehnung zwei weitere Zimmer angeboten, allerdings mit weiteten Kosten. Wir waren mangels Alternativen einverstanden. Nach online- Beschreibung des Sachverhalts zum Checkin hat Expedia bei der Hotelleitung unsere Reklamation weitergeleitet und erreicht, dass das Zimmer, mit welchem wir dann zufrieden waren, ohne Upgraderechnung berechnet wurde. Die Hotelleitung hat sich sehr kooperativ gezeigt und alles getan, uns zufriedenzustellen. Die Zimmer sind dank Schallisolierung ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig. Die Lage in einem verkehrsberuhigten Gebiet bedingt allerdings auch, das Kofferschleppen erforderlich ist. Das Hotel bietet im per Mail übersandten Flyer allerdings eine Wegbeschreibung und Hilfe beim Gepäck an. Der dort genannte Parkplatz ist kostenfrei, aber nicht befestigt und teilweise eine Buckelpiste. Für die Anreise abends empfehle ich die entspanntere Variante mit kostenpflichtigem Parkplatz am Ufer mit Einwurf bis nächstem Morgen, sofern die 3h ab 9h ausreichen.
