Rating & Review Keseluruhan GRAND BASE Hakata Bay

The only pros is we got it cheap. Cons: very far from train station and bus stop, no one is manning the hotel, you have to check in yourself but the problem the hotel did not send us the check in details and lock code, the only way to contact them is through a Japanese number which for tourist usually don't have a travel SIM with calls but data only. (We spend a hefty amount for that call using our roaming number.) No restaurants and shopping areas nearby, the nearest is a convenience store. No cleaning was done for our 6 nights and they provided 2 towels per person for the entire stay. Garbage has to stay inside the bin the entire stay. They have a pad at the hotel where you can call, message and read about the uses of the electrical appliances there, we tried calling no one answers and the chat page does not work.
