Felt unsafe.

The property itself was a bit rundown. The entire silverware drawer in the kitchen area was missing. No phone in the room and the chair was damaged at the desk. It was quiet and the staff was great! I believe the property nay just need a bit of updating to it as far as upkeep.

The smell was horrible, wet dog and pee smell everywhere both floors they had me try. Walls all had damage, no toiletries, nothing near by. Complained to the front desk to which they could have cared less. Refused to refund or cancel so i could leave. Refused to respond to Expedia or me. Gm never contacted me as requested.

Roaches in room, smelly, and unsanitary. Staff was very kind and friendly

The tv never worked. The hotel could use a good deep cleaning. The staff was very friendly though.

Checked in after hours and had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the front desk. The people in front of us were waiting at least 30 minutes. Our beds were not comfortable. The shower had weird anti-slip stickers on the tub that were half-peeled off and felt like sandpaper. The shower head looked rusty and dirty. The walls are thin and we heard one of our neighbor's dogs bark all night. We had a 12pm checkout and the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:30am and 10:30am and we told them both times that we had a noon checkout; not even 2 minutes after we told them the second time around that we were still there, we get a call from the front desk asking when we are leaving. Everything about this place was sketchy and I am so glad we didn't stay any longer.

They never had enough clean towels and wanted us to turn our dirty ones in for new ones. Also saw roaches on our last night there. Property looks nice on the outside but don’t let it fool you. Stay anywhere else.

Okay place. The staff and guests made the stay more enjoyable. It's dated. I noticed a lot of stains on the lamp shade and headboard, and door that looked like blood stains. I bought my own towels etc. due to stains on their linen. I didn't complain as I didn’t have super high expectations, but was comfortable with my stay.

Well....it started as soon as we arrived to check in. There was no one at the front desk so we had to call on the provided phone a total of 5 times and it took over 45 min before someone got there to check us in! Our room was on the fourth (the highest floor) floor and the employee walked right past us as we waited for the elevator only to find out after 10 min from another guest that the elevator was broken. I am a disabled veteran and it is very difficult to travel up and down four floors of stairs. The room had no shampoo,soap,coffee maker, or anything. The furniture was the cheapest crap I have ever seen. There was no breakfast. And to top it all off. They actually called us in the room 20 min prior to check-out just to "make sure that we were checking out and leaving on time"!!! And then, had someone knocking on the door 2 min prior to check-out asking the same thing!!

It was a cute, okayish little room with scuffs and scruffs.

I like the fact that it’s an extended stay facility and it’s cheap. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. But elevator is always out of service for the most part.

Staff are nice and friendly but the property needs some maintenance. Elevator hardly ever works, always breaking down.

Hotel is dirty It’s a fugazie….they sell it looking really good for the budget price point , but isn’t what the are selling. I’ve personally can adapt to these types of stays but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others

Service elevator didn’t work and staff wasn’t too worried made everyone walk through stairs ….i had to walk 4 flight of stairs her comment was she didn’t have the keys to fix it. Tv in room didn’t work inform staff nothing they could do about it

Lazell was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay!
