An amazing support and hospitality staff. They took care to facilitate access to a pharmacy when one of our party was ill; stored our luggage while we traveled to Lalibela; hailed safe transportation for local shopping; and resolved a conflict when on-site visitors did not accept credit cards. Small imperfections can be noticed in furniture, curtains, or other decor that did not impact the stay. This is a really great place to stay for a moderate price.

Staffs at both restaurant and hotel lobby receptionist treated me badly and distracting even when I was eating, very rude and inconsiderate, both room lock was not working plus dirty towels and dirty room and also the hand shower was broken everything about my experience was nothing more then regretted for me

Good location, price and ammeneties

I got a roll that had a bad smell in the bathroom. No AC but a small portable fan which was not effective at all. I changed rooms and the smell was less but still there in the bathroom. Elevator went off and had to struggle with luggage downstairs. Generally not a pleasant stay.

I have been in this hotel for several times. I hope they coul improve the soundproofing of the rooms, and quality of bedding.

I have stayed in this hotel for several times in past 3 years. The negative characters of the place start to annoy. I have tried different rooms, but all the rooms are noicy and smell bad.

Wonderful service with fair price. I like it so much and that’s why I stayed there repeatedly

Pros: Great customer service. Rooms are equipped with the latest technology. Good view. Fair price. Cons The food sucker releases unpleasant smell in the hallway and rooms closer to the hallway window to the right side. There is also bad smell in the bathrooms. Also avoid rooms facing the street. The widows are not insulated. You might face power outage as their generator does work on full capacity.

The place is super clean, the staff are very courteous and helpful and the facilities are modern and lovely. I enjoyed the complimentary access to the gym and pool as well as the airport shuttle. I’ll definitely come back again.
