Lovely location, excellent food, clean and attractive room. Good service

The pub is nice but was being renovated at the time. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. It was 21 degrees overnight and the aircon didnt work, so not a great night. The breakfast is ok,would avoid the catalan sausage next time,very gristly. Overall very clean with polite staff ,would stay again if the occasion ever arose.

Friendly place with helpful staff. Great advice on Tapas for evening meal and excellent breakfast which was a like a an English breakfast but with some subtle Spanish flair thrown in. Coffee was superb too.

Lovely pub and great breakfast. The room was nice, but very warm and a bit small. But otherwise, the stay was great!

Our stay was great the pub had a good Spanish restaurant and the staff where really lovely I would definitely stay there again.

Our second stay at The Swan, so we knew what to expect. Motel-style bedrooms are on the small side, with very limited space to put clothes. Hospitality items (basic tea-bags and cafetiere for coffee) are provided but were not refreshed the next day without a reminder. The room layout could be considerably improved by moving the TV under the sloped ceiling and putting a slim chest of drawers in front of the window for the hospitality items and clothes storage. Please put a bedside light on each side of the bed - there is room and just having one is not sufficient! Provision of a small fridge in the room for fresh milk and chilled water would be appreciated. There is quite a lot of light pollution at night as the slatted blind and frosted window in the door don't block light from the outside lighting. Great breakfasts and friendly staff. Well located (10 minutes walk to the station) and easy to park.

The pub is great, love the itallian vibe, quite a sun trap outside. Lovely staff, food is good and not expensive. Parking is what it is, however nearby streets are safe with plenty of space, nice area. Rooms are cosy, well appointed and have all you need, iron, kettle, en-suite. Nice coutyard with table if you want outside space but away from the beer garden. I like the place and will return

The room was small but adequate with everything you needed. The rooms we located in a secure space and breakfast was lovely as were all the staff.

Overnight stop on way home. Very helpful staff. The room was small but the bathroom was a good size and was wonderfully equipped. Hotel is well situated. Claygate station is a ten minute walk with regular trains to Waterloo or by changing at Clapham Junction you can get to Victoria.

We were meeting friends for Xmas and I thought this was a excellent decision to stay here. Rooms were everything we needed, the bar and staff were very good. The meal in the evening and service was excellent a great time was had by us all.

Went to Races (60th birthday). Super stay at The Swan Inn 👍. Accommodation, food and service excellent. Staff amazing especially Hugh. 10 min bus (K3) or uber ride to Esher. Fabulous day (no winners unfortunately) but a brilliant stay xx

Great value for a one night stay. The staff were all very friendly. The room was in a separate annex, modern, clean and well appointed.

Great stay. Really nice clean room. Service was really good I forgot my coat when checking out and the hotel arranged for it to be posted out to me.

Very good EXCEPT rooms are by the bins and I was woken at 5.45am by a glass bottle bin being emptied. Not appreciated!

Only stayed one night, the breakfast was excellent

The room was a bit small.The comforter on the bed was too thick - woke up sweating even with AC running. There should be a lighter blanket for those who wish to remain a little cooler and not want to run the AC while they sleep. Other than that, the service and food were great!

Excellent environment and super nice staff. The dishes are delicious at all.

Very impressed with the room, very homely. The pub and restaurant also lovely to be in unfortunately we chose not to have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was perfectly cooked and tasty 10/10
