Helt ok hotell. Lite gammeldags men rent och fint. Lite hårda sängar, bra frukost, väldigt hjälpsam personal. De flesta gästerna är charterresenärer över 60 år så det är inget hålligångställe

Extremely good value for money. We did like the super friendly and supportive staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel, nice views, extremely good breakfast and dinner (buffet). Also close to the beach, in a nice neighborhood. Easy parking. Good entertainment. Nice garden. Silent at night. Only two minor points : Taking a shower in a bath tub is not an ideal situation and the matrasses were quite hard. Overall I don't think you can get more value for money anywhere and else.

Cama terriblemente dura, termine la estadia con un dolor espantoso de cuello y espalda. El promedio de edad de los huepedes es de 70 años y todo su enfoque es hacia ellos. No recomendado para personas jovenes a menos que busques algo relajado (porque descansar en esa cama no van a poder).

It was a great experience, would recommend!

We had a clean modern room and the hotel is well-located to some shops, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and our room’s spacious balcony. Only negative bit of feedback would be that the communal and restaurant areas are a bit dated.

Allt var toppen, väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, fina rum. Väldigt bra frukostbuffé och middagsbuffée. Nära stranden och lätt att ta sig runt i området. En sak som för oss var lite jobbig, var att sängarna var väldigt hårda. Men hellre det är för mjuka.

El agua de los grifos es salada. Deberían ofrecer agua al cliente sin coste adicional durante toda la estancia. Se cobran 3€ por cambiarte las toallas de la piscina por unas limpias

el servicio al cliente bastante pobre, discriminacion entre los trabajadores del hotel y hacia los clientes de habla hispana, pobre atencion durante el desayuno y cena, dificultad para encontrar una mesa donde sentarse si no reservas.la nevera del mini bar no enfria no volveria a este hotel.

la struttura è piacevole, pulita, con cibo di qualità. capisco che la maggior parte dei turisti siano inglesi e tedeschi, ma 4 parole di italiano in un albergo a 4 stelle ci dovrebbero essere, almeno per le info principali scritte

Situé dans un endroit agréable, à deux pas des restaurants et de la marina ainsi que de la petite crique d’es Pou. Néanmoins, en période estivale énormément de monde sur cette toute petite plage, comme un peu partout sur l’île d’ailleurs. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très aimable, courtois et toujours aux petits soins. Les spectacles le soirs (chanteurs) sont de bonnes qualité avec une employée qui se joint tous les soirs aux divers chanteurs pour une chanson. Et elle envoie !!! Une sacré voix… bref, un séjour très agréable.
