Overall good experience

Breakfast offerred varied selection. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room needs were a bit different from other guests because we needed to modify the heavy bed covers and the housekeeping staff was helpful with our use of sheets & towels.

We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Hyvä ilmastointi. Huoneen sai ihanan viileäksi muutaman viikon helleputken jälkeenkin. Palvelu ensiluokkaista, loistava aamiainen.

Excelente hotel de negocios o vacaciones

The staff was fabulous and prepared flowers and champagne for our arrival to celebrate a birthday. The room was large comfortable with all amenities. Restaurant provide a full buffet brunch and we had a dinner there one night. Very nice. Location is excellent. Sumaré: Superb staff, great location, nice property.

Eine alles gelungene Städtetour.

We had a pleasant stay there. Walking distance to sightseeing places and the bay. Just few blocks from the tram. Rooms were nice and comfy. Staffs were super friendly and helpful.

Lovely boutique hotel close to Senate Square. We enjoyed easy walks to the Helsinki Christmas market. Great front desk staff!

Restaurant had a tasting menu that was really good. Had our business meeting downstairs for 20ish people, nice, quiet and professional. They took care of us and everyone enjoyed the food and meeting space for presentations and happy hour networking.

Walkable to must visit location in Helsinki

U14 Helsinki was in the most accessible area to walk to all of our places of interest. The parking is a challenge. The restaurant was expensive. The service and friendly staff were helpful and happy.
