Yes, the airport shuttle was easy to find and the drivers were very friendly and courteous too.

Excellent and helpful staff. I was sick a day after I got the hotel. The staff were very caring and helpful to my speedy recovery. The place was very clean at all times I felt very safe and comfortable. I had a restful night every day. The airport shuttle was on time and very helpful. As a courtesy for my stay, the hotel offered me complementary stay until I was able to leave for my flight.

Outstanding staff. I left my heart meds in the room fridge and the staff had them driven out to the airport for me right away. Everything else was fantastic, too, but that act earned my loyalty. Will stay with them again next time I’m in town.

Staff were great but if your room is on the Main Street and a lower level, there's a lot of noise late into the evening/night if you have an early departure.

Its a good place to stay when you are here for business. Bole Road is nearby. There are a lot of food options. Very near to the airport. Breakfast is good as well.

el hotel es antiguo, bien conservado, excepto la ducha en malas condiciones tanto el receptáculo como la ducha en si misma, la caída de agua salta por todas partes, además el baño huele muy mal. Se agradecería que dejaran café por favor. El resto todo bien, personal muy amable, el desayuno muy bueno y completo. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación muy buena, amplia.
