Everything was good. No complaints.

Great hotel. New and very clean. Very nice and quiet . Food stores around. Price was very reasonable . Highly recommend for luxury, vacation or business trip.

Everything was good exept the ac was very noisy and could hear the ac in other rooms.

Air conditioner auto didn't work, not enough food for breakfast.

Room was great, but a little hot. Could not adjust temperature. Room 306. Hallway had a funky smell. Not the room. First room smelled strong of cigarette but quickly another was given to us.

Got a dirty room when we checked in got our room upgraded due to no more rooms with 2 beds, then the room we got upgraded, one in the room the shower didn’t work we waited around an hour to get the issue situated, once that was fixed we had no issues

Our room wasn’t made up 3 days in a row. Really disappointing having to find towels to shower.

Didn't like the fact it took 10 minutes of tapping the key to get in the room...had a bandaid in the shower....the towels at the pool were super super small...the toilet sat was dirty...i liked it did have a small balcony, an actual small fridge and dishwasher

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. The pool and grilling area is very tiny, with a capacity of 9! The pool also closes early at 9 pm every night. Despite the pool area, we would stay here again.

The best western has definitely done some great remodeling in the hotel. We were on a road trip & had stayed at different hotels but this one was by far the best. The staff and even breakfast were enjoyable. Too bad we didn’t get to experience the pool yet.

Place was clean and new. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and I was placed in a quiet room. All fixtures are up to date. It is near freeway and stores but is still quiet. No charge for parking or WiFi, although they need a better password. The pool was nice and clean. The shower faucet is upside down and you have to turn it to cold to get it hot. If you turn it to hot, you get tepid water. The pool lock is unresponsive after 8 pm. You have go to the front desk to get access, which is allowed to 9 a.m. the pool towels are very small and in the evening they are brought inside and you have to go to the front desk to request the pool towels. My room was not cleaned for the entire stay. I guess their policy is to clean it every other day but that is not stated anywhere on a sign or in Expedia or in the check in paperwork. I didn’t even get the every other day cleaning. The Expedia description should be updated. If you don’t mind little issues, overall it is a good value and the staff if nice and helpful.

It was fine. The AC wasn’t working when I entered the room. It was hot inside as outdoor temps were over 100 degree. I call customer service desk. & I was instructed how to reset the wall AC unit to make it function during my stay.

The staff were courteous, room was clean. The first room had a defective tv that did not work. I was placed in another room. No other issue.

Just a great stay ! Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was that a suitable sitting or lounge chair should have been placed in such a large room. Very good breakfast available for each of the 3 days we were here
